Recently stayed here during my mandatory quarantine after arrival from overseas and an additional two weeks after. They have a separate check-in process for those undergoing quarantine and are also staying in a separate floor. Meals were delivered thrice a day and delivered to a chair outside your room. You have to take your temp twice a day and monitor if you develop any symptoms. After getting the negative swab results, I was now moved to the regular floor. Housekeeping staff were super nice and worked fast. Buffet breakfast wasnt the same as pre-covid. Pastries at Baked were still very delicious, especially the chocolate croissant. Mashed potatoes and cheesecake from the restaurant is addictive! Resto staff make the effort to address you by name and offer you your preferences. Anyway, this place has always been a fave place to stay in Makati.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Fantastic gym. Everything is close by. Malls, offices, restaurants, entertainment. Excellent service. The hotel has a kitchenette which is very convenient.

A couple of staycations with Makati Diamond Hotel and i must say i am truly satisfied. The hotel interiors are exquisite and the customer service and amenities are superb. Its just a stone throw away from Ayala Center for all your shopping and entertainment needs if you can get out of the plush king sized bed that is.

Unfortunately I were there as a quarantine hotel, so I couldnt enjoy the facilities and the restaurants. Despite this, I had a very good stay, comfortable and relaxing. Well, I couldnt go anywhere... Food was very much ok. Breakfast, maybe not really my taste, very Asian and full of garlic. For the rest, no complaints, and very kind hospitality

Loved my stay there.. its like a luxurious home. Its so close to greenbelt and glorietta, you can just basically cross the street and you are in the greenbelt area already.

I was here for a DTI seminar. The atmosphere of the place is like a 5 star hotel. The food is excellent from morning snack, lunch buffet and afternoon snack. The wifi is pretty fast too

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. I really liked that there is a clothes washer in the room.

I love this property, mostly the staff. The team always make me feel welcome, I always stay here when I visit the Philippines and they remember me and make me feel so welcome. Its clean, room is spacious, breakfast option is great. The lounge is amazing. I cant say any bad things about this place. Location is the best as well!

The room... I mean the apartment is perfect! Except maybe ours, we didnt have THE view (ask for a higher floor), but other than that, the room is really huge, the bathroom is perfect! The shower .The breakfast though was really a disappointment for us. We had to wait, and theres not so much choice as we expected.

Five starts hotel in the city centre of Makati, luxurious.

Absolutely superb aparthotel in every respect. Beautiful apartment - exceptional service. Location literally across the road from Greenbelt 1. A couple of nice touches - you can take breakfast outside on the roof deck which is very pleasant - even though it is primarily filipino it still is perfectly OK for foreign guests. Also if you skip breakfast you can use up to 400 peso per person as credit in many local Makati restaurants. If your budget allows , upgrade to lounge access and a larger apartment - well worth it.

Second time here. Will always stay here when Im in Manila. Amazing hospitality, fabulous rooms, superb location.

This Hotel has really good sized bedrooms nice restaurant and a large pool good for business people close to the green belt shopping mall with a lot of restaurants

ベッドかため、wifiつよめ。バスルームにバスタブあり。シャワーの水圧強いがガラス扉が半分しかないので床浸水する。朝食はコンチネンタルかフィリピーノがある。和朝食セットは頼めばくれる。ヤクルト、オムレツ、カフェラテ、エスプレッソなども頼めばくれる。バナナの味がすごい濃くて美味しい。防音性は非常に高い。グリーンベルトまで徒歩10秒なので便利。

Nice hotel with all basic amenities and good security. They provide dinning card which can be used outside of hotel with thier selected partners. Also they do have small kitchen and free Mini bar refill every day with 2 beer and 2 coke. The only thing i dont like is they hold amount (no of days plus security)during check in and release only after 30 days.

그린벨트 바로 앞에 위치해서 꽤나 편리하고 아주 럭셔리하진 않지만 가성비 면에서 합리적.수영장도 실내지만 창이 위와 옆으로 많이 나있어 개방감이 좋은데다 시설도 good. 호텔 시설이 깔끔하고 직원들도 엄청 친절. 투베드룸 스윗에 묵었는데 화장실 두개, 넓은 거실에 합리적인 가격이라 뿌듯했고 정말 시설이 좋은 프라이빗 시네마 이용(거의 샤롯데 한 관 정도의 시네마룸을 우리가족만 단독 사용하고, 아이스티와 팝콘도 준비해줌)도 괜찮았음.다만 클럽라운지에 주전부리는 별로 먹을 거 없고(해피아워 시간인 오후 5시~7시에만 제대로 먹을 게 세팅됨) 무료로 채워주는 미니바도 별거 없어요. 하지만 물가가 워낙 싸고 앞의 그린벨트에 온갖 맛집이 다 입점되어 있으며, 그랩이츠로 싸고 편리하게 배달도 가능.한국사람은 거의 없었고 서양사람들과 현지인 위주로 방문하는 듯. 평일 저녁에는 수영장 전세내고 사용.참, 조식은 1층과 클럽라운지, 그리고 데크층에서 가능한데, 데크층은 필리핀 현지식이라는데 가짓수 별로 없고 입맛에 안 맞았어요.

Others have left details in their review and i would concur that this is a very nice hotel and especially like the design in the rooms and common areas. Its rather new so everything is clean and modern looking. The filtered water is a nice touch but the staff really helped on this trip even during the busy christmas season. Celine was very helpful every time i needed her and Mack really put in some time solving a tough issue for me. Thanks Mack the knife and Celine!

크게 기대하지 않았는데 룸컨디션 좋습니다. 침구도 편하고 깨끗해 푹 잘 잤습니다. 바로 앞에 쇼핑몰들이 있어서 쇼핑 하고 식사하기에 좋고 호텔 바로 옆쪽에 세븐일레븐 편의점도 있어 좋았습니다. 조식은 밥종류는 전혀 없지만 적당히 먹을만 했고 수영장은 조용하고 깨끗해 이용하기 좋았습니다.

An excellent hotel across the board! Great service and super comfortable room. It felt good to be pampered with turndown service every night. We even got to select the pillows of our choice. The bed, show and lighting were big perks of the room. We will be staying here again when we visit Manila!

Cant really fault this property. All staff were friendly and helpful. The security checks were a little inconvenient but it made us feel safe.The hotel is located in Makati, an upmarket part of Manila. Opposite is the Greenbelt shopping centre with 5 different sections, each with its own character. Lots of eateries nearby within walking distance.Access to public transport is not easy but taxis are widely available if you dont mind being stuck in traffic. And there is a lot of it! For example can take 1 hour to travel 6km.

Exceeded a lot of expectations. Compared to the other surrounding hotels, this offers exceptional service, security and overall hotel feels at the just the right price.Rooms are spacious, clean and very pleasing to the eyes. different cuisines of food to choose from. Would definitely go back here and choose Makati Diamond Residences from any other posh hotels.

We loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was incredible and the rooms were luxurious and clean. Its also an excellent location in Makati next to a lot of shops and a good-size mall. I highly recommend it.

My family and I have stayed in Makati Diamond twice over the past year, and it doesnt disappoint. Consistently delivers a 5-star experience but not at an exorbitant price. Love the room (and its now eco-friendly with its water filtration system), great facilities (gym, pool), decent breakfast buffet (and the coffee isnt bad too), and love love the service! And the location is unbeatable - we left our car in the hotel parking, and just walked everywhere. We cant imagine staying anywhere else in Makati!

Had very good experience. Stayed at their 2-bedroom suite with family. Had access to their club lounge, gym, indoor pool and small cinema (which is a plus point for me since kids enjoyed it). Walking distance to GB5, 4, Landmark and other shopping malls. With parking also. Employees are professional and took care of us. Will try to check in again next time we accommodation in Makati.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations. The picture do not do it any justice. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff members. The service in the club lounge and at breakfast are also on point and super friendly. Within the room the mini bar is free for the first night and came with snacks, beer, coke and 4 bottles of fresh water. Wifi is fast compared to other internet providers in the Philippines. There is multiple breakfast options to choose from like Filipino breakfast on the roof of the hotel or an intercontinental breakfast in the club lounge that also gets used for vip access in the evening. The location of the hotel is also perfect being right next to the malls that are filled with every shop you can think of. This hotel is highly recommended.

70平米の部屋はラウンジ利用ができる広い部屋。キッチン 洗濯機 バスタブ付　冷蔵庫のサンミゲルとコーラは無料　スナックも無料です。補充はありありません。立地はグリーンベルト目の前で非常に便利。治安も良い。ホテルを出て左に20mセブンイレブンあります。一点だけ残念なのはここのホテルの食事がいまひとつだということ。まあ食事は外でとか自炊するという方なら相当オススメなホテルですね。余談ですがJALのクルーもここに泊まってました。

The staff are super accommodating.. They give me the best rooms for our needs and affordable too.. Whats more if you were not able to use the dining card for breakfast..they have partner establishments where you can use them whether in or outside the hotel... Got my moneys worth.. We bought pastries and cakes using the dining card..will definitely choose makati diamond in our future staycation....with family and friends.. Keep up the good service.. We were truly delighted during our stay..
