Tien Ma’s is our go-to place whenever we crave for Xiao Long Bao. We looooove the Chocolate Xiao Long Bao for dessert.The service is really nice. The staffs were attentive and courteous. We love it here!

You will never get 5 star from me unless you bring the stinky tofu back

Good food with affordable price. We come here many times and always satisfied with the quality.Best food to order: xiao long bao, homemade dumpling, sweet and sour pork.Staff are friendly but they need to be train more in serving food. They served me main course first with rice. Dimsum comes later and then the beer. Its acceptable for the price and the area like this, but it would be better if they just serve the beer first.Will come back again and many times for this place.

If you are looking for a quick and inexpensive meal then its a good spot. I ordered an assortment of DimSum and pan fried dumpling. However, the pan fried dumplings were still being cooked 25 minutes after my arrival. The waiters did not even come by to give a timeline as to when the fried dumplings would be done. I thought they forgot. Told them to just cancel due to the fact I had a scheduled appointment. But everything else was good.

Service was slow although theres time provided and a few customers at past midnight. Then take-out costs as well as they dont automatically provide tissue, utensils, condiments. Needed to ask several times. Although the food tastes good!

Excellent food. Fast and friendly service. However, delivery is not reliable. Take out and Dine In are excellent.

Authentic Taiwanese noodles and dishes... Price are quite expensive but best in taste. OK for sharing. Plated menu is good for 3 for those in LCIF.

Affordable Taiwanese foods. Really like their xiao long bao. Very accessible also. But their fried chicken is so dry and salty we ended up returning it to them.

The place is good. I just dont like their toilet.. Because when youll bend and seat in the toilet bowl, and you wipe ur self, ull facing the urinal bowl, like wth! I didnt notice it until my face is almost on it. Yuck!

This placed used to be very good. The thing to have are their shao long bao (soup dumplings). The shao long bao is still tasty. But the service seems to have gone downhill.On the day we dined in, which was on a late Saturday night, the place was warm and the toilets cant be used because they didnt have water. The place was warm, too.I am not sure but they seem to be also understaffed that night. I pity the frazzelesd service crew, who were trying to keep things from falling apart.I hope they can address these issues soon.

I have to give a high score to this one for having the courage to serve the best stinky tofu in town! Though not many people would appreciate this delicacy, I thank you for doing so as it has been one of those treats that I have been looking for here in Manila but so hard to find...i also adore the rest of menu like their fried chicken, noodles, soups and of course the xiao long bao...real taiwanese taste at affordable price...servings are hefty you can share an order...and once again thanks for opening a branch in Makati!!!

Reasonably priced, delicious Taiwanese food.

Better to come in day coz in night will be so full, and it will make you bored cos they service will be slowly. But for food and beverage are recommended.

Thought the food was so freaking delicious. I left feeling too full but very happy.

Sobrang in efficient. Ang gagaling mag flyering to intorduce a delivery-only menu for offices. 2 hours na wala pa din. Ang yabang pa sumagot ng manager. Never eating here again. Honestly, no one should even try this place, why would you? There are a lot of better chinese restaurants around it in makati ave.
