2019春節初三出國到這邊入住，房間大小不錯，原本預訂兩小床升級為一大一小，床很舒服，房間也很乾淨，也有藝術的微微設計，不單調。一樓的咖啡，水，餅乾也是可以暢飲，飯店價格實惠，櫃檯服務人員，大門人員，和行李的服務人員都很熱情，飯店值得大家選擇

The big little hotel in Makati with its comfy and artsy rooms, intimate lobby lounge, indoor greeneries, eclectic feel,battentive staff and surprisingly good food, with snacks and beverages available 24 hours. It breathes art in almost every nook with paintings and art works.

Cozy ambience, accomodating staff, nice and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is fine for short stay. Staff are nice and very helpful. The room are not that big but that matched what you paid for. Base on my experience i dont recommend the breakfast the quality of the food is below expectation it look like a recycled food. Better walk two block away and get McDonalds.

Das Hotel ist auf einem guten Standard ausgerichtet ( Was Philippinen betrifft ).Die Lage ist OK dafür das es in der Nähe des Rotlicht Milieu liegt. Man muss einen Pfand beim einchecken bezahlen in Höhe von 1000 Peso. Die wir beim auschecken ( nach dem unser Zimmer kontrolliert wurde ob etwas kaputt ist ) zurück bekommen haben. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig. Wir haben von gestöhne bis zum Streit Geschrei alles mitbekommen. Was nicht zu empfehlen ist für Paare mit Kids. Das Zimmer ist steril und kalt eingerichtet. Fenster muss geschlossen bleiben und der Ausblick ...naja siehe Bilder. Das Frühstück ist OK. Nur muss man früh genug dort sein, um alles serviert zu bekommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jedoch werden wir nicht mehr hier her kommen.

It was a very relaxing stay. The staff are really nice. The room I got is inviting, cozy bed, spacious room, hot and cold bath, mini fridge, breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi access. And very affordable, close to restaurants and to NAIA. Worth the stay.

Our check-in was very convinient. I requested for 2 separate beds and they upgraded us without additional charge. We need to leave early because I have work and my friend needs to catch her flight. Thus, I requested that our breakfast be packed because we leave at 6am. We were surprise to have a very healthy and well-prepared breakfast. The room was perfect! All the people received us with warm smile and granted all our requests. We will comeback again. Thanks!!!

Its a dense environment so there is always going to be a bit of noise.Comfort excellent bed not hard not soft. The hotel itself is impressive , everything is green. There is no carpet which is great for people that has allergies. The room is very clean and smell really good. The only gripe I have is the hostess that serve meals in the later shift, she is not friendly and not accommodating, and I have asked if shes okay and she said just tired because of working late shift, too bad I didnt asked for her name. However, the morning duty hostess is very accommodating and much friendlier, and I got her name Daniele. She is wonderful! Thank u.

This hotel is a decent one. Size is fine for 1 or 2 people. I was alone when I stayed here. Its very clean and the design is like a copy of other 3 star hotels, which is good for me.They have complimentary coffee and chips in the lobby.

Es ist ein sehr charmantes und schönes kleines Hotel mit sauberen kleinen Zimmern in den Standartrooms. Das Bad ist sauber und angenehm zum duschen. Auf wunsch gibt es einen Föhn.Die Zimmer sind kunstvoll eingerichtet. Und sollte mal irgendwas nicht ganz funktionieren wird es sofort gerichtet.Das Frühstucksbufet ist für ein 3 Stern Hotel sehr gut und die Ambiente so angenehm.Also ich liebe dieses Hotel in Makati.Das Personal ist wirklich nett und immer hilfsbereit.Komme gerne wieder!!!!

Sympatický hotel v centre diania, personál OK, raňajky sú také, pomalé ...izby v pohode, hluk z ulice výrazný, ale to je asii v Manile všade!

Nice room design suited for 2 people. Food that they prepared were delicious. In general their staffs were very friendly. The main reason for the 2 stars I gave them is because their staffs have a bad practice of just entering your room without your knowledge. It happened to me not once but twice. The first incident was one one of their staff was giving water, they tried knocking the door,I replied and ask them to hold on since I am only wearing undies that time,however lo and behold their staff just opened the door without my permission andI was shocked but gladly got the towel and covered my body. 2nd incident was when their room staff name Elias went to my room, take note I was not in my room that time and no one from the hotel staff advised me that they will be checking my room since I went to a store and when I got back I found him inside my room, when I asked why?, he said he is checking the linens for inventory(checking linens can be done while your client is inside their room). I felt that time that my privacy was invaded and I never experienced that fr the prev hotels Ive been to. Hopefully their staff wont do such thing again with their other visitors because that was an awful experience.I also want to vent out that as a hotel you should atleast allow your customer to have atleast 1 plate. I ask them multiple times if they can lend me a plate but they said no, I even asked for a paper plate if possible but they said they dont have one. Some of their lady staffs were grumpy. I hope this feedback can help them improve their service and hone their staffs customer service.

I stayed at U Hotels the last two nights of my stay in Manila. They were able to check me in early and everything was great. Very comfortable and in a good location. Would definitely stay there again!

Friendly staff, very clean, no bugs, price is a tad higher than it should be and its VERY noisy. Hotel management should replace the staffs radios with ear pieces for communication. They often stand outside your door at 7AM with the radio on high. I was planning on staying longer since it was so nice but I needed to get better sleep so I found another hotel. Other than that, everything was 5 star all the way.

Small room, but clean and comfy

Good value rooms albeit a bit off the beaten track in dodgy Makati.Breakfast a complete calamity. No refills on the buffet hot plates made the whole thing totally pointless. The only thing coming from the kitchen was clean cutlery which was ironic as we had no reason to use them due to lack of food

Would definitely use this hotel again. I booked an extra few nights on top of my original booking. Very nice.

Ive seen this hotel for the past several years and always wanted to try it out because the style. The room is good, the bathroom is nice but not much privacy. The breakfast is not bad either with a variety of choices. You can enjoy tea and board games down stairs throughout the day for free. The main problem I had with this hotel was the questionable stains I found throughout the spread of the sheets as well as the towel. I dont believe it was blood but it was definitely some kind of dark pinkish fluid. Not a deal breaker cause maybe it was simply overlooked during cleaning. Overall at the prices they offer, I would try looking at agoda homes instead because you can find cheaper hotels near this location that offer everything this place can minus the atmosphere.

You get what you pay for. Will only recommend this place for those who doesnt have enough budget to stay in a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Location is good though, stone throw away from a great 24 hours Filipino breakfast place. The room smells like someone smoked in there and the lights are so bad. The receptionist we had that night was so cranky to us, but all smiles to white (Caucasian) guests.

Very nice and friendly staffs. Close to many things. 7 eleven is just 2 minute away. There was a problem with our room with sink and shower area. Water did not drain well.

Nice staff at Reception who checked us in. They speak English and are happy to help us with information. Deposit 1000 Peso to be returned to guest when checking out. Needed to sign an agreement with a long list of facilities in room that we will pay if they are lost or damaged. We booked a Superior and were assigned room 409 which is big enough with a king size bed, standing shower, tea and coffee making facilities, 2 water bottles, safe and mini fridge. Buffet breakfast from 7 AM. Room guests can have coffee, ice cream, home made soft drinks and cookies at the Lobby any time during their stay.

Good price and accomodations. Only breakfast wasnt what I expected (overcharged by a muffin which wasnt included but hasnt any sign saying that)

The location was interesting, with easy access to Rockwell Power Plan Mall.

우리나라 모텔 느낌깨끗하나 창문이없다는건 진짜 아쉽다샤워 후 에어컨을 심하게 틀지않은 이상 습기가없어지지 않았다바닥과 옷은 눅눅 불쾌했다조식도 깔끔 전체적으로 아기자기한 느낌이나창문과 습기는 잊을수가 없네

Tolles Hotel mit vielen kostenlosen Aufmerksamkeit, genialer Kaffe so viel man will in der Lobby, aufmerksames und immer freundliches Personal egal wo man es antrifft. Tolle einrichtung, sauber, bequemes Bett. Etwas hellhörig aber so ist das nunmal, nehmt euch einfach ohrstöpsel mit :).

Noisy staff on Walkie Talkie , noise now at 11 pm staff dragging stuff up stairs, the noisiest exhaust fan ever, it’s a hastily put together hotel in an old office building. Slow lift, food was dry and tough. And the towels need a better wash.I know this hotel group and have stayed with them before happily maybe this One is just new and going through some growing pains.

After travelling the Philippines for some weeks and staying in many mid-range hotels I found U-Hotels Makati the first place where everything just worked as it should. It’s well maintained, service is quick, friendly and reliable and it has everything you would expect from a hotel and room in this category. Room was a bit small though and the tiny window made it look a bit like a prison cell. However, it is a good place if you have to stay in Makati.For the location just keep in mind that Metro Manila is one of the worst places on the planet to get around and you should always stay as close to your destinations as you can.

Very nice hotel located close to restaurants, Loved the tranquil reception and lounge area and nice relaxing eating area. Rooms are small but nice and you have all you need. A few more TV-channels would have been nice.

Sorry, ice cream costs 100 Peso, not free as written in my previous review. I made a second booking and just checked out today. Strictly a non smoking hotel, has no designated area for guests to smoke and cannot smoke on the street too. Very hard for me to stay.

It was a nice hotel for the price. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I also liked the buffet breakfast. The traffic in Makati is very bad however, and makes traveling to other areas of Manila problematic.

Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien !! Nous avons séjourné la première nuit et la dernière durant notre voyage dun mois aux Philippines et franchement je le recommande vivement !! Par rapport à certains hôtels très chers sur palawan (El Nido par exemple) U hôtel est très bien question qualité prix ! Avec un accueil sympathique et souriant un choix pour le breakfast bref si nous devions revenir passer une nuit à Manille cest ici que nous séjournerions

部屋は狭く、ドライヤーはフロントに頼まないとありません。ティッシュボックスも部屋にありません。朝食は毎朝同じで種類も少なかったです。外で食べたほうがいいかも。
