Cosmic = Unearthly. A pleasant respite for vegetarians in the earthly Burgos district of Makati. Great value for money and oh so tasty food - great for those transitioning to a full vegan diet. For starters we had Tempura Platter - 150php (our choice were Nori seaweed, king oyster mushroom and perilla leaves). For our mains: Sisig with Vegan Bagnet (160php) and the Kare-kare vegan bagnet (150php) - never thought ill be missing those food again - but this time without the guilt! The Passion-Fruit Ginger mocktail was ugh! The only thing that might make me think twice was the lack of parking- but they said you can park a couple of blocks away. Will surely be back.

This place may be easily navigable via Wave or Google Maps, but if you don’t come close to Ministop, you might miss the small sign consisting of an arrow and an eye.The stairs leading up to the resto may be a little dirty, but once you open the sliding door you will be welcomed by a chill ambiance and Cosmic’s friendly staff.I couldn’t help but go, “Oh, my god” with every bite! Everything tasted good though you may end up feeling weary. But still: I don’t really like the original meat-based version of kare-kare, but I thoroughly enjoyed Cosmic’s version— it’s as legit as it can get.We also got to try the scrambled egg (great consistency), longganisa (needs more of the garlic flavor), bagnet (amazing how you could see the “meat shreds”) and lasagna (heavenly).Makati is in the middle of a water crisis, and the staff was two steps ahead by explaining why they’re serving food in paper plates and paper cups. Overall, I’d definitely come back and bring more friends along so they could sample Cosmic’s delectable selection themselves.

This is one of the vegan places in Manila that I could totally vouch for and would go back again. First is finding this place- if you dont ask around it will take you awhile to find it. Look for the black eye - not along the street itself but actually on the second floor with no huge sign except on the stairs going up. Once you open the door, it will open up to a surprisingly different world of cozy vegan haven you would not expect to find in such random building.Next is the actual crafting of the menu - my friend and I love the twist of vegan into classic Filipino dishes. Our top favorite living up to hype: Sisig with Bagnet - superrr good and willing to go back just for this! Overhyped for us was the vegan lasagna - quite okay and just typical lasagna flavor. But the most underhyped dish was the enoki mushroom tempura - surprisingly sooo good!Best touch to the whole visit was the moka pot coffee - very barako flavor goodness, and the vegan brownie made it the perfect pairing to end the meal! :)Overall experience worth the drive and going back again; I heard it gets full at night so go early. At noon I recommend you to park on Poblacion bars thats closed at that time. Also there is no wifi, so dont expect to make it a hangout to work unless you can do mobile hotspot (which we did!) ;) And hopefully they can expand the delivery (currently delivers but within limited distance only).

I highly suggest dining here if you are looking for vegan Filipino food. Everything we tried were tasty and affordably-priced! Serving size are not tipid. Their vegan bagnet kare-kare is good for 2 (lots of greens and sauce although bagnet pieces are just 2 so I suggest ordering additional). Their vegan lasagna is cooked just right (not too dry, not too saucy). I also recommend trying their passion fruit ginger mocktail because its very refreshing especially for Philippine weather. Too bad they didnt have any dessert available when we went there since we wanted to try their vegan leche flan. Serving time is around 15mins and their staff are friendly.Only downside is its a little hard to find because there are no signs/postage outside the building. Keep in mind that its at the 2nd floor of Mini Stops building.

A cosmic experience indeed. One great way to relieve work stress and its like a hideout too. Heres what we got for our sumptuous lunch : sisig with bagnet, kare kare, cordon bleu and longganisa. My friends also ordered appetizer which seemed like deep fried spinach which tastes good also. We partnered the viands with quinoa. We then had a French press coffee for panghimagas I only had it with milk and muscovado as I lean towards stronger coffee types. My friends added creamer to theirs.Highly recommended! Will probably head here for an alone time or have date with le parents when they are free.

I somewhat got lost trying to find where cosmic is. Theres no big signage, just 2 pieces of bond papers on the wall of Ministop pointing to the stairs to Cosmic. Im from Quezon province so I always order pansit habhab. Their tofu is a great meat substitute. I love their kare-kare too.

What a great place. Wouldn’t have found it if I wouldn’t have looked for a vegan place in my neighbourhood. Food came within 10 minutes after ordering and for me as a German it’s crazy cheap. Paying around 1.4€ for starters and max. 5€ for mains in such a well furnished place and for such good quality food, is still unimaginable for me.

Ordered food delivery from Cosmic in poblacion. I ordered the asian slaw salad which is their version of coleslaw. It was so-so. I also ordered 2 servings of the cucumber salad with viniagrette. To my surprise, the size is too small, it looks more like a side dish. For the price, it is an expensive side dish.

Good vegetarian food isnt easy to find in Manila and Cosmic has done a great job. I had the Kare Kare which is soy bagnet with long beans, bok choy, and eggplant. The chili uses black beans and isnt spicy. Would definitely be back again to try other dishes. The spinach lasagna is also recommended. Some have said its hard to find the place. Just look for their logo, which is the eye. Its on the second floor. For now, there is also a Ministop on the first floor. Just go up the staircase next to it. There are signs and its not that hard to spot.

Everything here is vegan, even their bagnet! The pancit habhab was only 80 pesos and yet the serving is so generous and its really good. You wont even notice its vegan. Their chef Tasha is also friendly, so if you have any additional requests, just let her know. The plate on the left is the assorted platter of mushrooms and nori leaf. The drink was a passion fruit mocktail. Everything is surprisingly good and affordable.

I consider myself a carnivore through and trough. I’ve made fun of vegans. I’ve unfriended vegans. I vowed never to become vegan. But the Vegan Sisig in Cosmic has shaken the very foundation of my beliefs and has had me questioning my decisions in life. The Sisig with their in house garlic mayo and chili garlic rice is without a doubt in my top 5 best meals in Makati. Cosmic has opened my eyes and has made me more tolerant of the vegan culture and lifestyle.

Best food we have had in the Philippines after travelling here for 3 weeks!.We had the sisig and Kari-Kari; which were both super tasty and we can highly recommend. I do not know how they got the texture so close to real meat. Can also recommend the ginger and passionfruit juice as well as their Canadian import lemon ginger ale. Brewed coffee pot is huge and quite good.Atmosphere is great here; really chill and cosy but great service too with really attentive staff too.Place is very much hidden with a tiny sign and up some stairs.Prices are really good too for the food that you get. They need more vegan/vegetarian places like this in the Philippines which is highly mest based. Hopefully they open a branch in Hamburg for us to visit again

Vegan and Vegetarian friendly resto. The even offer delivery. If the place is jampacked delivery is the best option. Ive tried the Kare-Kare and its okay, the flavors are not that strong compared to a real Kare-kare but will pass as a Vegan Kare-kare. They also opened the 4th floor for cafe and waiting area, but I feel that the 4th floor ambiance was better. Prepare to smell like food after dining at the 2nd floor where the main dining area and kitchen is located. Enjoy your Cosmic Experience!

Best vegan restaurant in the country. Ive tried many of their dishes from the countless times Ive visited and I dont think Ive had any of their dishes that I didnt like. If you ever decide to drop by do try their lasagna its even better than the non-vegan ones Ive had before.
