Check in lama dan ribet.Hotel baru buka tapi fasilitas hotel tidak maksimal.Harga tidak murah.Sarapan pagi buruk sekali. Seperti menu sarapan pagi hotel bintang 2.Pintu kamar juga susah dibuka. Padahal perlu deposit mahal juga.Tidak ada room servise dan juga tanpa ada buku informasi hotel.

For a cheap price in Makati you will have a very friendly and accomodating staffs! Clean, well mentained facilities and good food!

Ive been twice staying in this hotel. The room was quite comfort, clean and tidy. Room ficility was also quite complete. Hotel staff were so friendly and ready to assist us everytime we need. Provide an easy check in and out. The only thing was less of breakfast varian menu. If there provided with swimming pool then it will be perfect. But overall are OK. Thanks

Roof top was nice, room was spacious. But the breakfast Buffett suck.

Their bed was perfect. Their adobo flakes is so good. Worth the price of 250 pesos...location of the place is perfect EXCEPT for their parking its so so so limited like if you leave for a while and when you get back you dont have any parking slot anymore.

Facility is good and new condition. No attracting nearby. Easy access for 7-11 and KFC. People here at hotel are willing to help. (One point is although this area claim to be Makati but still far from these malls. Consider is not that safe in the evening.

It was good! Unfortunately, i think the you have to get check your bedsheets if stained or not. Overall, the room is comfortable and the staff are all accommodating. Food for room service was very good! I commend the chef

마닐라 방문시 이호텔을 두번째 묵었다.룸 사이즈가 크고 퀸침대가 2개라서 넉넉하고 좋았다.4박을 체류하는 동안 아침식사가 매일 비슷하고 교쳬가 안되어 아쉬웠다.주변에 맥도날드.kfc. 편의점등이 있다.

도착 시간은 출발 시간과 동시에 자동차로 붐 was습니다. KFC 근처 편의점. MCDONALD는 편안했습니다. 방은 넓고 돈이 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 보통입니다.

房間清潔度待加強，服務人員從兩小床升級Deluxe 房型兩大床，整體而言還可以，不過Google Map定位錯誤！！在反方向400公尺，原本還一直找不到飯店！！

We booked online, we made note that well have one queen bed but they gave us 2 queen beds. We tried to arranged it but they just put us to a smaller room with a higher price. But its okay, we stayed well at the hotel. One more thing that I dont like the most, no door bells for the room. They were just knocking. Theres this time that we were sleeping, it tooked us time to noticed that they were knocking cause we are deepes in sleep they tried to open the door and good thing is that theres a double lock inside. And the housekeeping were not that nice, at all. I dont want to put in details but if you try to checked in there youll notice their attitudes. Hope other guests wont experience what we had. And hoped they improved they service more.

密碼保險箱壞的不能打開，找工作人員來修，就給鎖匙用作開關，第二天再找人修，才修好。清潔人員經常沒放回細毛巾。酒店新，前台服務員態度好樂於幫助天台好環境。房間沒有遮光布令早上睡覺不舒適

This property was very comfortable for the most part. the room was clean, spacious, and had a very warm feel to it. The bed was comfortable and the view was ok too. I felt like maybe we overpaid a bit for the restaurant and load of laundry, but these are all optional amenities.The buffet breakfast was quite good overall.

Absolutely poor service. They threw away an expensive treatment that belonged to my friend who also stayed in the room. In Canada this treatment is called Invisalign costing between $3,000 to $8,000. The cleaning service threw the treatment in the garbage, constantly denied that they didn’t, rudely advised us to look in the trash for it, made mocking comments such as “what happens if we find it? Is she going to wear it?” In Tagalog, not knowing we are half Filipino. The staff does not care for their guests, disregarding their needs and the value of our possessions. Over the 7 day stay they were pushing this issue aside until we were ready to leave. Constantly having to call front desk to see if they found a solution. The staff, including manager, general manager, and HR see a group of young foreigners and treat us like we are dumb. Telling us the CUSTOMERS that the value of the treatment is going to come out of the workers salary. As a bunch of girls that work customer service should not be told how the issue is going to be resolved, trying to guilt trip us as if our money is less than theirs, and we should feel bad because of a mistake they made. Us too worked very hard to stay there for the 7 days and what we are asking is not even half of what we paid for our stay. The staff wanted my friend to sign a document stating that this issue will not show up on any sites and social media, but HEY I didn’t sign it. Also had to opportunity to listen in to a call with the owner, very dismissive and callous towards this situation. They took a situation that is minute and turned it into something so much greater than it is. Now we are forced to leave without the medical treatment and money that doesn’t treat this issue(not going back home yet). The owner and the staff keep asking for the same documents we have already provided for them in order to get back the treatment that they are trying to withhold, claiming that they paid for it, and it’s now theirs, we provided documents stating that a new one is on the way but since we are leaving we will not be here but in a different country, that is not home. What we are asking for is the treatment that they threw in the garbage back and they keep the new one that is en route to the hotel since they want the Invisalign so badly. Currently sitting in their lobby waiting for them to give us a garage covered treatment that they paid for. SO WHOS REALLY THE ONE LOSING???? Absolutely do not recommend staying here if you value your items, and value your money because this will ruin your whole stay.

Great for the price! Very clean and close to central district. Good place to stay when you have to be early somewhere in the vicinity .

Contemporary rooms with good service. Great location to various malls and business districts

Buffet breakfast is simple but acceptable. Frontdesk is a bit inflexible. They insisted to give me a room with 2 queen-size beds even I needed only 1 bed.

The room is clean and more than worth the money. Though there is no pool. Perfect location.

Friendly service. In the morning of our departure, the front desk arranged rides for us to the airport. Breakfast is filling, though not a lot of variety from day to day. Room was clean and bathroom looked modern. There is a roof patio area, but its quite hot under the Manila sun. Food like KFC, chow king are in 2 mins walking distance. Greenbelt Makati is a short drive away. Some negative-- stained bath towel which I called to be replaced (staff arrived promptly) and elevator buttons are difficult to actuate for some reason.

訂4間豪華大床房，部分安排了高級房，而且分佈三個樓層，還有就是全部都是兩張床，交涉後第二才能把高級房轉返豪華房，完全是個騙局

The service is ok. The location is very accessible. The room was very clean. The hotel is quite new. Breakfast was very good. I would stay in this hotel again in the future.

Nice hotel, clean, modern, close to the airport. It took me like 25 minutes to get from NAIA to this hotel.

Very nice hotel for the price. I would say excellent value for money.This hotel has opened in last 2 years.It is not the most convenient location but still good access fairly quickly by taxis to MOA Greenbelt etc.Our room was immaculate very comfortable and stylish.. beautiful shower room.. lovely very comfortable 5 foot beds (2 in our room). The aircon was very quiet and efficient.The service was fine and plenty of choice on the breakfast buffet.There is a large roof terrace.. the only thing I would change which make the hotel perfect would a pool and sun lingers on the roof.. get this and I would never go elsewhere

Nice place, good service, and nice staff

This hotel is great for no frills business travel. The room is clean, beddings are nice and toilet has a nice touch on mirror lighting. WiFi internet is @10mbps. Overall the hotel is pleasant but inconvenient in finding places to eat and it is far from the main shopping areas. I was on the second floor and can be noisy. As mentioned by others who reviewed this hotel, if management would provide blocked out curtain liners, (not sure if provided in other rooms) it would add to having the experience in this hotel much more satisfactory. Lastly, improve your hotel signage, a bit difficult to find.

Staff and check Inn process was great. Location is marginally out of the way, not in the heart of makati, but a decent property to stay at a good value for money.

The Hotel is new and spotless. The room is big with wooden floors and a big bathroom. I had views of Manila from my room which included a buffet breakfast. Good value hotel.

We arrived had little to no service no help with luggage the front of the building had nowhere for the taxi there photos on the website are not what the rooms are exactly we entered the lift it smelt of sewage we got to the room honestly i sleep with full clothing and left firt thing next morning dont go here as a western person looking for a good place to rest

Great service, beautiful rooms, everything you need is there, delicious breakfast offered with room rental. Enjoyed it quite a bit.
