Its been a few months since we visited Trinoma and its good to know that our favorite coffee shop Figaro is back in business.From all day breakfast meals to pasta and pastries, healthy servings are available for dine. Limited space are available as we practice social distancing.

Its supposed to be Japanese but its a Chinese brand. They have lots of items here which you do not need or might need but doesnt know it yet. So you end up buying lots of stuff before you walk out of here. Pretty neat store with lots of impulse buy items.

Love that figaro uses the barako coffee of the Philippines

I haven’t been to any Figaro branches for a long while now until that afternoon when I was killing time in Trinoma Mall.I excitedly ordered one of my favorites, Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and what else, Iced Chocolate which tasted, well, iced chocolate. It was on the bland side and the boring side. The Pudding, that day, has officially ceased being a favorite. I don’t remember the pastry to be this pathetically small… And dry. And shrunken. And old-tasting.In short, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. What’s happening, Figaro?

I had Chicken Waldorf Combo Sandwich and their Gourmet Spanish Chorizo pasta. Both were great, especially the pasta.It was not easy to get a seat so I went to the adjacent Red Mango, ordered some yogurt then had our order in Figaro delivered to the Red Mango dining area.The order taker/cashier was not pleasant to talk to. Shes a poor listener and made assumptions with my food choices. Clear instructions were not relayed properly to her peers; thus, a delay in the serving of our food and mistakes were made.
