The place is very neath, few people are on the site most of the time. So its quiet and very comfortable for people who want to have some peace of mind. The crew are friendly and clean too. So wont have to worry about your stay on the cafe. Two thumbs up...

I love this place. Their food is way better than a lot of other famous coffee chains - the cakes especially. Coffee is amazing, and consistently made no matter what branch we go to. My girl actually filled up 2 sticker thingies in the span of 2 months because of how much we frequent this place.

Terrible taste. I ordered Moroccan Mint Chocolate but it tasted like Milo with too much water in it!

Wifi sometimes have intermittent connection. During evening, it is hard to get a table.

Theres room for improvement when it comes to the mood of the place. Its a bit open and a lot of people from outside can see the customers thus making it a bit uncomfortable to mind your own business inside. Please make it a bit more cozy. Thanks.

Big clean dining areas, good healthy food choices, fast service

The place is silent and refreshing. A cozy coffee shop where you can work or just hangout with friends. The menu is so classic and you can order a good breakfast anytime of the day. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

The ambiance is nice. Not cluttered and ample space. Coffee is fine, nothing special about it. They serve food good for luncheon or even dinner.

Food is good, many choices. Service is ok and place is clean and if you have membership card, theres free WiFi.

Different branches different way of serving guests. Sane food, same coffee. Same as any other caffes locally that are commercialised. For me, customer service still is 6/10 in all CBTL I visited.

In the age of free wifi (or at least you get wifi if you purchased a drink... which I did), sadly here there isnt. It actually is a perk only for their cardholders.
