I just want to share what happened to me yesterday in H&M. I paid for my purchases using QR on my GCash account, but they told me they didn’t receive my payment even if I showed to them the screenshot of the receipt that I successfully paid for it. I waited almost an hour for them to fix it, but no luck! They even told me I should be the one processing the refund, but when I checked it online, it should be the merchant processing it. Poor customer service.
