Value for money Mediterranean and middle eastern cuisine. The place looks great with vintage Mediterranean ceramic tiles and hand- carved chairs - or so it seems! They serve good kebab at a very reasonable price. My personal favorite is the beef special chelo kebab with pita bread. If you like lamb, I also recommend the lamb special chelo kebab. However, the kebabs do not come with grilled onions. Love their hommus, but not quite pleased with the stuffed bell pepper. Service is quite fast and the waiters are cheerful and accommodating. In addition to kebabs, they also serve soups, appetizers, salads, korma, sandwiches, vegetables and sizzling chicken, beef, and lamb. They also have baklava, my favorite Mediterranean dessert.

This restaurant is spacious and clean. there is a good selection of persian food selection that are reasonably priced. delicious and staff are accommodating.

Best Kebab in SM North! However, all the staff/personnel had their face-shields on their HEAD instead of on their FACE! All the time, even when serving food.
