No question, one of the best tasting ramen in the Philippines. Minus 1 star for the service and 1 star for the location. They lack ventilation for outside eater and air conditioning is not working when we arrived. They lack coordination with one another. Will still try their ramen in the future, but probably in other branches. :)
AmbienceThe restaurant had a lot of seats but the branch was very full. We had to pass around 20-30 minutes. Waiting times are usually worth it at any branch. Plenty of seats are also available outside. Bag storage is available under the seats.FoodButao King FTW once again! Extra noodles or kaedama was definitely necessary for such goodness! The broth was very flavorful with thinly cut slices of meat (shoulder) and perfectly extra hard noodles. Gyoza was very good but, considering the number of pieces, I found it expensive. The toge or bean sprouts just didnt work for me.ServiceAmong branches, its as good as always! It was our first time at this branch and service time was quick. The staff also threw the occasional smile, particularly during the ordering.
Inattentive servers. if you ask for your receipt make sure 2 servers have seen you, or else it would take ages before they give your receipt to you. If they are not tasked to issue receipts they will not pass the task to the responsible one and just pass you by
Had our usual green ramen, cucumber salad, and curry chicken karaage, which never disappoints. The rice in picture is topped with the been sprouts and spicy leafy condiments that are standard on the table and drizzled with a little of the ramen broth. That combined with the karaage makes for one of the closes things to a Japanese comfort meal for me.
Ramen Nagis ramens currently hold the number 1 spot in my ramen list. Their ramens are extra flavorful. The soup is savory, like melted pork in your mouth. Noodles are al dente. Meat is so soft, flavor bursts in your mouth. They also have special flavors from time to time, and Im telling you, its legit. Not too salty, not too greasy. They got the sweet spot dead center. Place is great, lovely ambiance. Theres ample amount of tables and chairs both inside and outside for people who like to enjoy food alone or with company. Its a little on the pricey side though, for those who dont mind spending a little more for good food.
You can customize your ramen the way you want it from the soup to the noodle texture. The staff were courteous and the price is reasonable for its serving and taste.
Nice place to go and have a great Japanese ramen.
Ordered wild cheese curry king with None as the spicy level. Only upon eating did I know that the flavor is really spicy. In other branches, the staff informs you if there is a default spiciness level. Couldnt eat the ramen :(
味は日本のそのもの。しかし高いのでeatigoなどを駆使することによって適正価格まで落ちる。フルプライスではちょっと食う気にはなれない。*eatigoの割引を毎回のように忘れるのは馬鹿なのか?わざとなのか?
Its ok cause ramen is taste good and the place is cozy
Like all ramen nagi around the metro, this one also never disappoints. Great service and food
The best ramen house.
I always order Butao King, ..its a perfect entry to get familiarized with the menu. Always chefs recommendation, you might a bit surprised on the level of its spiciness. Be careful when they ask u what level... to sum it up, 2 thumbs up...i am now cravin^ for another Butao King...
Had dinner with my family here. Great food!
My favorite neighborhood ramen place. Not 5 stars because after a bowl of yummy Butao King, I feel like I just had a sauna session. Better air-conditioning please.
Nice mall. Spacious
Best Ramen so far, and their Karaage.
Great taste of noodles bowls very authentic.
My first ever ramen shop visited. Worth it
B-day promo is the best.
The best ramen in the metro. Butao is just so so. Get the green nagi.
We went to Ramen Nagi Magnolia to celebrate our daughters 12 year old birthday. we availed of their famous birthday promo. once we have sat down and ordered, ordering quickly since the kids were hungry, we were asked to show an ID for my daughter so we showed them a copy of her passport ID on my phone. apparently they decided that this would not suffice and asked for a real ID; was it fake? what other ID aside from a passport could a 12 year old have? dapat dala dala namin passport pala just in case we go to Ramen Nagi??? anyways they ended up not honoring the birthday promo. if ayae nyo Naman ibigay Yung bday promo wag nyo na lang Sana ipost. #ramennagisucks
The place doesnt disappoint. Good food, good service :)
Very delicious ramen!!! Sulit na sulit.. One bowl can serve 2 if you dont eat that much.. Regular ramen/butao costs around 390.. Nice place and fast service.. Get free ramen on your birthday.. Only for dine in and strictly no take out.
The price is worth it.love the ramen..
The place for excellent and tasty ramen!
Not a big ramen fan but this is one good place to enjoy it once in awhile.
Accessible from West Ave..nice location
Got free ramen on your bday month!
Great ramen! Large serving in one bowl so if you have a big appetite this is money well spent. We also ordered other food in the menu like chicken and salad (forgot what theyre called) It was good. Upon sitting down, each guest will have a paper with check boxes, so you could customize your ramen or order the chefs recommended. Me and my family ordered different ramen ranging from not spicy to very spicy (I forgot the terms). Watch out on the spice range because the most spicy is really spicy, my brother couldnt finish it I suggest asking the servers first of what ramen will best suit you, the servers are nice and accommodating so there shouldnt be any problem. They dont have a take out option though if you didnt finish the ramen, I wasnt able to ask why but I think it was because it wouldnt be quality ramen anymore when you go home or it is really best eaten when fresh. Overall, I liked the place and the food.
My fave is the red king!!! Love the service and the food
My second favorite ramen house! Their fusion of flavors makes their ramen so good!
Clean, and good service!
辛いのレヴェル8は辛くなくおいしかった。注文はスープ等濃厚に。
The ramen kraken!! Youll never go pedestrian again after tasting the flavors!..
The best ramen I have had in Manila
Where I found the best tasting noodle soup as of the moment.
Great Ramen, I will recommend this place to my friends and family.
Its all about curiousity :) first and last try for their ramen.
