Food taste good. Medium price, service needs improvement. Servers need more training and change of attitude towards customers

THIS IS FOR BOTEJYU TRINOMA.* Food - we ordered PORK MISO TONKATSU RAMEN, GRILLED BBQ PORK RICE BOWL HOKKAIDO STYLE, SMOKED BACON & CHEESE TAKOYAKI, BOTEJYU SPECIAL SALAD, & FRIED GYOZA.ALL WERE BIG SERVINGS and good for sharing. ALL MOUTH-WATERING AND SATISFYING.* Ambience - quite small space, and modern.* Cleanliness - A+, but I may also suggest proper ventilation.* value for money - quite expensive, but reasonable.* service - perfect and they are all attentive to our concerns.

It was not so crowded when we had our lunch there ( a weekday), so we did not wait that long for our salmon sashimi and okonomiyaki. You can see how they prepare the food by the way.:-) Food presentation was good and so is the taste of the authentic japanese cuisine that Botejyu offers. Staff and crew were courteous amd attentive. They have this signature welcome greeting when you enter the establishment, and automatically refill your glass with water. Cant wait to visit again and try the other items in their menu.

The food is authentic japanese. the place is cozy, the crew are courteous and friendly. the service is excellent. pricey though.

The takoyaki is a must try.
