A friend invited for an overnight stay Meranti Hotel. Boutique hotels are booming in Quezon City for both business and personal trips.The best part of the hotel is the roof deck pool and lounge. The top floor provides a good view of the city. Room includes two single beds, mini bar, smart TV and the vanity dresser is just across the beds.Breakfast is served at the ground floor with limited options. Food includes toast, sausage, danggit, corned beef, eggs, salad, cereals and coffee. There is also an ala carte menu but we preferred to order at Max’s in front of the hotel entrance.The room service is actually commendable. Requests are delivered outright and staff greets every guest pleasantly during our stay.I checked the rates online and an overnight stay will cost P4000++. Meranti Hotel is situated in Scout Castor near Tomas Morato.

This boutique gotel is owned and managed by the Max group of companied..small lobby but cozy enough with Cobonpue chairs and lamps, a pianist and singer rendering a nice, relaxing repertoire...not a lot of people so if you want to entertain guests at the restaurant (Maple) you just might have the place all to yourselves...however food is not spectacular and did not find anything to rave about and prices are a bit steep.. management has to fix the leak on the roof, there were wet puddles on the floor near the sofas during that rainy day we visited.

This hotel was probably really decent once upon a time. The staff are very sweet, the rooms and linens are clean. But the public areas, hallways, etc are in need of renovation. The entire place needs to be fumigated. I suppose its good value for what you though, so no complaints. I stayed for 11 days while working on a project nearby. The hotel has rooms service, but oddly no laundry service. Fine for casual stays, less than ideal for business. One bright spot; the internet speeds are above average. Go figure.

DO NOT come here if you love dogs! Our family (w/c includes our beloved dog) booked here for New Years Eve, and shortly upon checking in, they asked us to remove our dog from the premises. They wouldnt make any compromise about it, and even refused to refund our payment even though we didnt want to stay the night anymore. By far our worst hotel experience ever.

Stayed there for free for a night due to a wedding in which the newly wed is a close friend of mine. The place is amazing, the room is big, bed is comfy, amazing smart tv with fast internet connection. The buffet breakfast was also delictable and the service is up top. You really wont notice the hotel at all when you re somewhere in Timog due to its simple facade but you will be suprise when you enter.

The service is good, the staff is great. But it could have been 5 stars if it were a pet friendly establishment.

Amenities fall way short for the price. Services are extremely limited; the hotel is more expensive than most in Manila, but is very basic. Poor food and the pool is unclean, the water looks like milk! For this cost elsewhere you get a gym, laundry, concierge etc. Don’t bother if you’re travelling.

Great place and very friendly staff. Unfortunately Im not a fan about their bathroom setting. It has frosted glass door and the vanity is part of the room. Not much privacy.

We booked a de luxe room. A good value. The hotel is clean and quite new. The bed is excellent. Though I may say they are under staffed. Still, they provide excellent service. If you want a quiet place to stay one night. I suggest you try them out. And dont forget to go to their penthouse. Great place to grab a book and unwind.

The hotel was very modern and you scan the room cards rather than swiping it. The toiletries provided were very convenient and helpful. Everything was good, from the beds to the food, except we found one cockroach. Will be back again.

My weekend stay in Meranti hotel falls above my expectation. There are so ***y staff I would like to mention but I just cant remember everyones names. Location is good. Everyone should try staying at this hotel, you may opt to wait for promos to fully feel the value of your money.

I checked into this hotel on 7th until 9th October following a recommendation from a friend. The rooms are spotlessly clean. We didnt expect the room to have a very high ceiling, which is quite impressive. Had to commend the staff of Meranti for a great job well done. Complimentary breakfast were available at the lobby between 6am.

Good value for the money. Walkable to sjopping malls. Friendly staffs. Parking is available. Smoke free.

Great place but has some issues. New built but first night had sewage gas smell in room and hall way. Second day they got way of the smell but now bugs in room.

From my experiences early last year, I find the hotel lobby small but relaxing. Food from Maple was good and coffee was excellent. Wait staff were very nice but not quite attentive. WiFi connection was fast.

Awesome experience. Rooms are spacious, beds are sooo comfy, complete toiletries, smart TV, fast wifi, free breakfast for kids PLUS they setup a simple room decor for my kids birthday with FREE cake and drinks! Not a crowded hotel, staff are all friendly and accommodating. We will surely come back!

Love this hotel. Love the pool. Small but its interesting. Staff is nice food is good also but my favorite part is the bed and pillows.

I would highly recommend Meranti hotel to all my friends. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. We even had a great deal of having the wedding fee waived-thanks to Ms. Roxanne. I asked the receptionist Talaga bang hindi nag iissue ng OR (official receipt) unless i-request ng customer.

Writing this review after a wonderful night to welcome. I didnt expect to get the excellent service they offered since I thought the staff may be learning and training ***** the way, into the New Years Eve events. The parking is limited at the basement and at the ground floor.

I believe that this hotel is in soft opening but the level of service is top notch. We arrived early prior to check in and they told me that the room will be available in 15mins. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.

The place is nice. You NEED to make a reservation for the tapa steak.. so we did not had the chance to try it.

Good ambiance. Food is okay. You may request for mainstays for breakfast buffet like bacon, pancakes, omelet straight from the kitchen.

Not enough toiletries in the bathroom. Closets smell stinky. Bathrobe not freshly laundered. Limited menu on breakfast buffet. Danggit is salty. Tapa is so sweet. Longganisa is soggy.

If you have a reservation problem at this hotel.. they are willing to make reasonable adjustments at the managers descretion without added cost.. the atmosphere and accomedations are a good value if bought thru expedia or other 3rd party booking sights... the rooms are not huge but adequate...Twin beds only but comfortable with huge pillows..The shower is very nice and relaxiing...if you buy cheap then a cheapProperty and lousy service you will get.This place is neither but very nice and pleasant to stay at... Arnold Swartzenegger said best.... ILL BE BACK!!!!

Nice, decent hotel in QC near the major TV networks and restaurants

We booked thru BOOKING app but when we arrived at the hotel, they seemed dont know about the reservation and treated us as a walkin clients. The room was ok except they forgot to put slippers for the new customers. The rooftop pool was smaller than we expected. Free breakfast buffet every morning was nice.. Staffs are decent except the guard on the back door seems making a secret cat call signals to his friends everytime I walk out of the door. So annoying.. Another thing is the GPS is directed towards the back door street and not the main entrance. Its good if you have a car but not for commuters. Overall its recommended for the price. Its the cheapest arround the area. So I might go back there again.
