My experience was awesome, one thing that didnt satisfy us was the balcony. We all wanted was just to have a view from their balcony. Its like were locked up on their unit whenever we just want a fresh air.

Checked-in for an overnight staycation in a two-bedroom suite on a weekend with hubby and youngest kiddo. The first thing we noticed upon entering the room was the very unpleasant smell. Hard to describe what that foul smell was. Great to see, however, the very spacious living and dining rooms with breakfast nook. But again, couldnt helped but noticed the outdated furnishings of the suite. Lampshades, for one, were dilapidated. Television located in the living room wasnt working well and the card keys were not functioning because it was demagnetized and had to be replaced.The staff assigned at the pool area was not accommodating. When asked for the towels, he merely said it run out of supply. At the fitness room, some gym equipments were not working either. There was no staff around to assist us with this. When me and my son were done with the work out, that was the only time these staff came.Breakfast buffet is good, and the entire Cafe/Bar personnel were very accommodating. All in all, staying in this hotel is already good. It just needs real updating of its furnishings and staff assigned at the pool and gym areas need re-orientation. Three (3) stars.

A accommodating hotel at the heart of Eastwood. The staffs are good and well presented. Although I just went here for a meeting, they just allow me to stay in their lobby.

Its my first time experiencing hotel here in eastwood city and well, its a well spent day. Weve enjoyed the large room and the great view. Well surely book again. And the food is great

Hotel is conveniently located in Eastwood City and close to a lot of good restaurants. Staff are nice and polite. There’s a bar in the hotel that is quiet and you can use it to catch up with friends. The room was a bit dated and the air conditioning wasn’t working well. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating like crazy. Price a bit higher and you may want to check air bnb accomodations as well to compare.

Last time we stayed here was 2016. I feel that the hotel needs a remodel. A powerful cleaning scent welcomed us as we opened our room door. We had a bedroom suite. Lots of windows. However, one window’s view was blocked by a ventilation, maybe air conditioning unit. The two nightstands by the bed each had a power outlet. However, each outlet was used for the corresponding lamp. Also, my robe had holes in it. Strange way to access pool. Have to walk a flight of stairs. The staff was very friendly. They helped us to get reunited with our suitcases, which were delivered from the airport.

Very nice room but no so clean

For some reason I find this hotel appealing. Yet the rooms need to get updated. Its the only hotel I know that is located in Eastwood City.

Eastwood Richmonde Hotel was very accomodating. Their hospitality and service was also superb. Facilities was amazing but the pool was kinda little imo. Overall, we liked our stay and especially their services when they hosted the wedding reception of my sister.

The hotel is good as well the service! Really enjoyed to stay there but I do not recommend the pool at winter cause they dont do anything for temperature control of pool water.Service and behaviour is really nice.

We are very pleased with our stay in Richmonde hotel.The location is excellent. Everything is near and walking distance. The hotel being connected to the mall is a super good bonus :) We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Recommended to visit...we love the taste of their food not to mention the explicit presentation of each menu..ideal for intimate meetings.

Hotel is older, some fixtures dated but overall good condition. Overhead only shower was a bit annoying the handheld held was present but not operable. Room comfort was very good. Service excellent. Super convenient with a lot of restaurants and shopping inside the Eastwood mall complex. Stable internet but required religion on about every 4-5 hrs.

The amenities are not as modern as some of the hotels Ive stayed in (and Ive stayed in a lot), but its relaxing enough. Plus, Eastwood has a lot to offer.

Like the location. Did not like the room given to us as booked. I booked for a two bed gave me one bed. I upgraded to a two bed and need to pay the difference for a two bed.

Rooms and service here have been excellent both times Ive stayed. Just need to teach them how to make a proper coffee to go with breakfast though

Pleasant staff. No microwave or dresser in any room. Does have fridge and coffee/tea. Pool is nice (shallow tho) and gets full sun all day (all other hotels in Eastwood get no sun on pools). I stayed in 2 rooms over 6 weeks. 2nd rooms air conditioner smelled when on.

Very nice rooms, relaxing. And the staff are very accommodating. Nice location also because you can go on shopping. Theres an exit way at the second floor to a mall where you can go shopping..

I regret staying at this place for 2 weeks. It was recommended because it was close to my office. However, the room was very smelly and had old furniture. We drank some water from the bathroom sink and got stomach virus and were sick for days. The breakfast food and service was not good. The breakfast does not have a lot of options and one time the pancakes and fruits had a bad taste. The breakfast staff service sucked. They would just walk around, ignore you and not be helpful at all. Many times it took 25 minutes to get the eggs we ordered. Sometimes it took so long to get the ordered food that we had to leave for our business meeting. We asked for green tea and they bring us black tea. The biggest let down was the smell in the room and getting sick from the sink water. Breakfast cost was not worth it, just go eat outside. I wont be staying at this place anymore.

Its quite old, the furniture and carpet should be replaced. But its fine and the staff is very helpful... :)

Had a pool, goood location, spacious rooms, good amenities.Need to keep food hotter at breakfast, excellent choices at breakfast. Wifi keep disconnecting as did room keys.Connected to mall .

Check-in and check out took too long. We had our post dinner coffee time at their cafe at around 7:30 pm- the service took too long when we are only the customer present. Breakfast buffet not diverse and yummy enough, just okay. No egg station. :( Good thing is its connected to eastwood mall. Stay was okay.

ROOMBooked a 1 bedroom suite. No minibar amenities to order, just 2 bottles of water and 3 packets of coffee satchets. Room was dimly lit and poorly maintained. Cupboard door is broken. OPERATORCalled operator to request for a wine bottle opener and wine glass, had to call twice and still no opener.BREAKFAST Breakfast selection is limited and not good tasting. Staff during breakfast needs to be reminded two or three times to clear the table where they just sat me, telling me that they will clear the table. Reminded three or four times to have a refill of coffee.RECOMMENDATION? Never again.Was recommended by customer to stay in this hotel as this is the nearest to their location. After this time, never again. I rather take a 2 hour car ride than have poor service.

To put a simple hotel needs to be updated. And they need to work on the WiFi and odor issues in the rooms and hallways

Relax and enjoyable. However, the cable channels are less enjoyable shows. But its up to you when you check-in in this hotel.

Hotel is located at the heart of Eastwood Cyberpark with spacious rooms and a good view of the city. There is a mall just beside it with plenty of entertainment and dining places around the area. We had a great and comfortable stay.

デラックスダブルルーム（朝食）を利用・電源アウトレット系・コンセントが残念USBアウトレットがない洗面台にドライヤーあるのに洗面台に電源がないアイロン台・アイロンがあるが足元に電源がない・水回り　アメニティ・空調・シャンプー・コンディショナー固形石鹸・コットン・綿棒・シャワーキャップ有バスタブありだが、浴室床との段差が、日本と逆バスタブ方が浅い。床が天然天然大理石のため滑りやすい水圧・湯量は満足。トイレはペーパー流せます。ペーパー取り付け場所が微妙ウォシュレットはないフィリピンスタイルの手動ウォシュレットもないドアが木枠にガラスのため、床に近い部分の腐食大理石の汚れ沈着が目につく洗面台は、女性に嬉しく顔の近いポジションにアーム付の拡大鏡がついていて便利廊下の空調が控えめ室内はサンヨーエアコンしかし経年劣化のようで運転音が少し気になる。・朝食・受付でルームナンバーと名前をチェック席に案内、コーヒー・紅茶はオーダーサーブゆで卵以外の卵料理がオーダーサーブ米飯がいくつかあったが、ガーリックライスに少し驚いた。生野菜はレタス中心にある総評大手ディベロッパーが開発したエリアエリア内は他の地域と一線を画している。周辺にはコールセンターが多く、歩いているフィリピン人も垢抜けている女性ひとりで夜間でも危険は感じない施設設備のリニューアル必要な時期と感じる。Wi-Fi状況はとてもよい

I love their Breakfast buffet and their room was very clean and cozy. Nice bath tub and it is very relaxing to stay with family or have a place to bond with friends or workmates

Room was okay. Internet was okay but not good enough for voice conferences. It looked and felt old and not maintained very well. There was nothing interesting or special about the hotel. A bit overpriced for what you get. Good customer service though.

It’s nice to stay, however one of the front desk lady, gave us the room that has aircon by the window and all you see is the aircondition running...

Das Hotel war spitze. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis super. Ich würde das Hotel als 5 ***** einstufen. Wir waren im 21 Stock und hatten eine schöne Aussicht. Das Hotel ist ein Jahr alt und dementsprechend mit den neusten technologien ausgestattet. Leider koste das Wifi was. Ebenfalls negativ war, dass mein weisses Handtuch mit einer Aufschrift in die allgemeine Wäsche ging und dementsprechend nicht mehr auffindbar war. Habe reklamiert und dem Hotel nochmals geschrrieben. Kein Antwort. Na das nächste mal muss ich glaub ein rotes Badetuch mitnehmen. Warum das Hotel mit dieser Leistung so günstig war ist mir heue noch ein Rätsel. Das Frühstückbuffet war inkl. Herz was begehrt, einfach super. Kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

I thought before when I first got and work in Eastwood that the hotel was super expensive knowing that this is the only hotel inside Eastwood but the hotel from the inside looks vintage and old ,but if u need a place to stay this is what I recommend
