Ok naman dito mabait yung nagseserve. But compared sa malapit na branch sa Fairvirw Terraces, kaunti yung salad and overfried yung mojos nila. Glad they they are strict sa Covid19 protocol.

Hello everyone hope all are well and safe during this pandemic. So gusto ko lang isharing yung bad experience ko with Shakeys during Mothers Day.Nag plan kami ng brother ko at sister-in-law ko na bumili ng food para mag celebrate Mothers Day, past 12nn umalis kami ng house then ikot- ikot hanggang makarating ng Goldilocks sold out yung cakes next SNR sa Fairview super haba ng pila at kita sa labas na walang social distancing so di kami tumuloy for our safety. Then may cousin kami sa Trees Residence tinawagan namin then nakita namin yung Shakeys na bukas so dun na kami bumili pag pasok temperature check and alcohol to sanitize our hands (mabait yung guy na receptionist nila) at since nagprapractice ng social distancing sa loob and around 1:30 di na sila nagpapasok since madami na kami then yung delivers pa. Dalawa kami umorder ng food ako and sister-in-law ko siya para samin yung akin naman para sa 2 mother neighbors namin (maka mother kasi ako). also 2.5-3hrs kami sa loob as in ang tagal.Yung guy na take ng order medyo rude hindi siya first come first serve ako yung pinaka last na kinuhanan niya order maski sa list nila pang 3rd ako reason niya with attitude lahat kayo maoorderan wag kayong magalala (ako medyo na badtrip at pinakita na di ako agree sa ginawa niya so pinaka matagal order namin ). Nakaharap kami while inaayos nila yung orders then yung isang guy di inaayos yung pagsusuot ng face mask niya. Yung isa pinapakita na badtrip na siya (understandable kasi busy at di pa ata nakakapag lunch pero sana discreet lang at wag ipakita sa customers). Pati yung lady manager ata pinagsabihan yung mga riders sa harap ng customers na pwd naman gawin nila ng di nakakarinig (yung para walang proper training kung paano ihandle yung situation).Since nakuha na namin yung food umalis na kami para makapagcelebrate unfortunately wala ng cake so macaroons na lang available kumuha ako para kahit papaano may sweets. After umuwi na kami at nakarating ng house inayos na yung food para kainin. Mahilig ako sa pasta kaya may carbonara kaming inorder pero inuna muna namin yung pizza then chicken and lastly yung carbonara (ako yung unang kumain) sabi ko agad OH MY!!! panis na to wag nang kainin tinikman ng bunso naming kapatid to reconfirm and its a YES. Sabi ng sister-in-law ko baka di lang na luto ng maayos yung sauce (overcooked na yung pasta then yung sauce namumuo na parang puro cornstarch na di maayos yung pagkagawa).Instead na macelebrate ng maayos yung Mothers Day nasira pa dahil sa panis na food from Shakeys (nagalit pa si mama since sayang daw yung binayad). After we decided not to eat it and recook it na lang. Sadly, panis na talaga siya as in panis since marunong ako magluto I know how to identify ng panis na lasa.So ngayon since may bad experience na kami with Shakeys since nagseserve sila ng panis na pasta tinatry ng buong family namin na iavoid bumili sakanila any branch for our safety na din. During Fathers Day celebration sa iba kami bumili ng food since that bad experience thought us na di dahil branded eh safe na. Although may food safety and sanitation standards sila pero di naman finafollow ng maayos bale wala pa din. To be honest nag wowork ako sa hospitality industry at nakakalungkot na maka experience nito sa sarili pa nating bansa.So I reported this issue via Messenger at tumawag may nagreach out naman agad (after 3 or a week di ko na tanda) pero di na ako nakipagsettle with Jeffrey since baka mas babuyin lang yung carbonara. So in future talaga I will try na iavoid umorder or kumain dito.

Medyo mahirap lang lumabas sa parking

Well wilted na yung ibang dahon na ginamit sa burger pizza. Medyo lumiit yung burger o malaki lang ang ht ewan pero sa previous shakeys pizza na inoorder namin sa office malaki naman sya, well masarap naman at ok din staff nagoffer ng free inclusion when ordering to go using the shakeys card. This is just my honest review.

Chicken is, and as always, the best.Pizza is soggy and undercooked.Service: below satisfactory.We ordered a supermeal, mango shake, and ice cream. Only the supermeal came. Ndi daw nila napunch, kung gusto pa daw ba namin orderin pa. A big facepalm on my mind, I just said I dont want to anymore.Waiters are not around. If u see one theyre always rushing and would want to leave if you dont say a word in 2 seconds. That fast!And the orders that didnt came, we just got a hindi po napunch ung mango shake. Gusto niyo pa po ba orderin? UGH.

It was pre cool. the staff was chill and i was amazed as I asked them that the pizza was burnt on the crust and they just cut off the crust. very efficient guys.

Took an hour for a pizza to go order I initially rated the store 1 star for the long wait for the take out order but it wont be fair to leave it at that rating. Shift manager went above and beyond explaining what happened, long queue of delivery orders, store party at that time which usually happens on a Sunday. She (I forgot her name) wanted to give the order for free but it will be a hassle to process a credit card charge reversal, so she sent free pizza the following day for the same order even if my address is a little far from their delivery coverage.

Hreat salad, pizza and pasta. Enjoy the drinks ad well.

The people there are polite and friendly. I would recommend dining in that place.

Good location. Near SM Fairview, Fairview Terraces and Robinsons Novaliches. Food is tasty served in the unique Shakeys way.
