Slow service. Crew not attentive and not accommodating. Tsaka mali-mali yung alam nila.

Mabilis lumabas at masarap pizzq. Ok ang waiter. Yung shake lang na order namin matagal nagawa ng back counter.

Kulang sa parking tapos pangit pa service nila

Walang mapupuntahan ang bente pesos mo.

This famous pizza parlor they shouldnt have open on a sunday for a mothers day celebration, its so lousy, so slow! I ordered for a take out its already 3hrs waiting until now its still in the kitchen. Im trying to hold my anger, I really wanted to shout! Rules were not followed here and we are still in the midst of the pandemic.Im goin to complain in the cityhall tomorrow.this isnt fair!

The food is good but the service is really bad. We went at lunch time but there wasnt much people. Service is slow and they only give your request one at a time instead of providing everyone in one go.

Good service and good food in not so abundant quantities

Im quite disappointed with the quality of food they served today. The pizza dough appear to be urgently baked;we ordered a hand-tossed pizza that came in toasted on the outside, but still dense on the inside. Shakeys just made me miss good old pizza hut.

Good but i wasnt given a receipt and my change (just 1 peso but still). Not sure if they were just super busy or thats the usual practice at their branch for customers seated at the al fresco tables.

Unlike other branches of Shakeys, wait staff here are undertrained (in my biased opinion only). 10% service charge definitely not worth it. Better eat at other Shakeys branch.

Yes to Shakeys Special Thin Crust, Fried Chicken and Mojos ofcourse! And to end a good meal, a Strawberry Milkshake or Banana Split will put that smile on my face anytime!

Convenient place to go for late night or (very) early morning meals but there is a cut-off tume for serving beers. Menu consists of standard Shakeys fare. Usually, staff service are ok but the place can get a bit messy. On a couple of instances, I went here at around 12am-1am and the place was not well kept. Some tables have not been cleaned for almost 20 minutes after customers have gone and it was off-putting to see as i waited on adjacent table. Wide parking space and wheelchair accessible.

Their staff is very accomodating 24/7 whatever time I wish to drop by and eat they always serve you with a smile
