Pwede din naman online booking ka nalang kase mahirap mag antay sa terminal. Yung mga bag ng mga tao nakaupo din kase.

They let a person sit on the seat i had reserved. This shouldn’t be allowed. I payed for the reservation.

No airconditioned lounge but even on crowded days the dispatchers makes sure the lines are orderly.

Pleasant and safe travel. Bus station is clean.

The terminal is okay but it has a rather small passengers area. You can expect the area to be jam-packed with travelers during peak seasons. There are comfort rooms but I wish they were upgraded; adding an air-conditioned area for passengers to stay in during summer would also be good.
