Property was in a good location, close to the MRT3, one stop away from Trinoma and SM North. It is also close to Eaton Centris (across EDSA). The staff were very friendly and accomodating. However, upon check-in, our room standard room was too small for 2 adults. No hot water in the room, but was upgraded to a larger room 2 floors up. Apparently, hot water is solar heated, so the lower floors have less hot water? We were also informed the the buffet is not offered (as indicated on the booking). Plated breakfast which consists of 2 Chinese, 2 Filipino, and 2 Western choices were often not ready or not available for the day. BEWARE of this bait-and-switch when looking for hotels with buffet breakfast included in the description. Bottled water in the rooms were often out of stock, but replaced with service (maybe tap) water and was only delivered upon request. The hotel is fairly new so I guess they have a few kinks to work out, but for my money, Im sure to find others with better amenities and overall satisfaction.

Value for money.. Room was clean though the carpet has a nasty smell once you alight from the elevator. All in all.. Will come back and book a room again.

Comfy and Decent room for a 50ish USD The staffs though were not so nice to us maybe just because me and my partner look young...

Their restaurant isn’t good for us because we like Japanese but to be fair with them the staff were nice and smiling.

They are still relatively new when my family booked two rooms.The first room where my mom and brother will be sleeping had problems with the aircon as it was very difficult for the room to feel cooler than what is expected. We suspect that the freon of the aircon in that said room might already gone by the time we were placed in the room.The lobby personnel and facilities then decided to transfer us two two new room with the other room free of charge.Amazing customer service.

There is no hot water here. You just have to wait 30 minutes with the water running in order to use the warm water. And dont expect breakfast. Rice, sauce, fried eggs, coffee, water, this is all

The usual - booked reasonable hotel with good reviews. First problem was no mention anywhere of rooms being windowless. Next problem at checkin were asked to wait in glassed area with sun blazing through the window while they did - what exactly?Next problem room had no drinking water or safe. Suddenly the staff couldnt understand English anymore and were forced to find passing handyman to get us a safe.Next problem breakfast has no bread , then has bread which comes rubbery , untoasted on a plate with uncooked ham and no second cup of coffe unless we pay.The room had recently been renovated and that is pretty much the only good thing to be said about the place.Avoid this place unless you to experience Fawlty Towers in the tropics complete with a whole cast of wannabe Basils.

I like the privacy ambiance. Id like to try the VR room and the Nautilus Bar but it wasnt opened when we checked in.But everything is OK

First time staying at this brand new hotel for 18 days. Mr. Benedict Bryan I. Alava, the General Manager, was extremely professional and provided personal service. Amidst some glitches during their soft opening, he remained calm and attentive to the guests. The use of advance technology has created a laid back feeling for the guests and encourages independence. A great find!

The wrong room. Amenities not good. Food is salty. Bed is small. Staff not friendly and not willing to be helpful. Tickets for breakfast given in the morning instead of arrival. The room not comfortable.

We stayed in Prime Hotel for a short period only(with my daughter), from September 29 to October 5, 2019.The place is quiet and not crowded. The room with 2 single bed is just enough for me and my daughter. What I like most is that they are using a key card for the elevator as well as the room. When it comes to Safety, they are the best . Yes, they are using a solar heater for the shower but it is fine because cool water improves immimmunity, gives better circulation, lowers stress and plus other more benefits. So, it is totally great to use cool water than heated water for a shower. The receptionists are helpful also, especially Ms. Chamille and Ms. Cath. They are excellent when it comes to Reliability. Great staff indeed. Thank you Ms. Chamille and Ms. CATH. I highly recommend Prime Hotel.

It is actually a good budget hotel. Near to restaurants and other establishments. Room is just okay. Parking is a bit limited.

Relaxing stay, clean rooms, towels etc. but no slippers. We asked for extra pillows at no extra cost. Friendly and acommdating staff (front desk). I like that their gym has a massage chair. Will have to try their roofdeck bar next time. Will recommend to friends.

Good place, guest service needs improvement

We got a Family room for a very good price. The room was big enough for the four of us to live comfortably, and there was to large twin beds. The standard is very good and the service was good as well. For the Price of less than 100 USD a night that we paid, this is highly recommended! I would even recommend it at 150 USD, as the standard is high and the location is good.The only thing that might be a drawback is the breakfast, but that goes for most hotels in the Philippines, and here you can at least choose between 4 different kinds of breakfast. The Western one consisted of two pieces of loft, ham and eggs. The Philipino breakfast consisted of Daing Bangus with garlic rice, an my girlfriend considered it to be good. I think it might quickly become boring if you stay for more than a few days...Over all I highly recommend a stay here for the right price.

Water takes 10 minutes to heat up while wasting water running for 10 minutes and internet is almost non existent. Bed is quite comfortable though.

It is a good place to relax and a good venue for seminars..

I’m disappointed with this place, the carpet before you enter the room smells disgusting, there’s no towelettes, as you shower it’s getting flooded cause the drainage is clogged. If you request for extra towels you need to pay. Not going back with this hotel.
