Visited store Sept 30, arnd 4pm. I chose this store as I leave nearby, U.P. Village. Ordered for take out the ff: 1 basic whole chicken, 5 pcs fresh lumpia. Food was dissapointing. 1) Lumpia Ubod, makunat, one even had hair sa balot; 2) Fried Chicken - maanta ang mantika. Sana hindi na lang sinerve kung luma na ang mga stock. Fave pa naman ng family ang Max. Nakakadissapoint yung food kahapon. Nasira pa nga tiyan ko after. I hooe you take this feedback constructively.Update:Customer service went the extra mile. Kudos to the store manager - Sir Herwin, for taking feedback seriously and professionally. Quickly rectified the the issue. Me and my family are still loyal Max Chicken customers. Mabuhay ang Max! 5 stars na kayo sa amin.!

Overall, the resto is fine. The fried chicken is hot, crispy and delicious. Only downside for me is the lumpiang ubod, which should have been served a little warm. The place is also not overcrowded. The waiters are attentive to customers needs...

Halo halo does not taste great for its price

I seldom provide reviews but I was very upset. Worst service ever!! No proper greeting. Not smiling. I repeated my order several times still the crew did not take my order correctly, she said “di ko po kasi narinig” when I said it wasn’t the food I want. Plus my order was incomplete but it reflected in the receipt. Good thing I checked it. The find the guy manager shares similar traits with them crews so maybe that’s why. One thing I liked about the experience, there was an available seat right away.

Service is quick but my favorite chicken had some blood in it. Its ok.

Lumpiang sariwa came straight from the cooler. I called the attention of their head, picked one piece of the ubod for him to feel how cold it was. I asked for a water, the waiter came and hurriedly half filled my glass and went back for a chat with the other waiters.

Very good service. Food was goo except for the sinigang na hipo . Shrimps were not fresh

The usual chicken sarap, plus attentive crew and convenient location for people in the Quezon City hall area.

With parking and usually not congested. Food greatly served with quality and timeliness. Kudos Maxs.

Place was clean and quiet for group conversations. Food is as expected from Maxs you cant go wrong. 2nd floor is better.

Staff are friendly. Just few seats at the ground floor. More seats on 2nd floor but no PWD access.

Service is good. We ordered sinigang and the staff gave us separate bowls for it. They also know how and when to serve dessert (which is right after you eat the main course). Our halo-halo came in perfect time. And their lumpia shanghai is soooo delectable. Try it as your side dish to your main viand.

Great staff, nice set up. new sinigang n bulalo was great! i just hope they can refill or ass more soup upon serving, coz thats the selling point of sinigang

Bad experience but not generally the case. Just check your bill and your change. Dont be in a hurry and dont be complacent.

Nothing fancy. Same as other Max branch. Has some parking for maybe 6-8 cars. Extra seats on 2md floor.

Service during lunch hour can be a bit slow. Everything else is okay.

Service is lousy. Food is served cold.
