Food was great especially their crispy sisig!!

Not a bad Filipino restaurant but a bit overhyped though. The food is improved from the standard Filipino food so thats a plus. The palabok is not bad, but would have preferred the crispy one. Calamares was very small. Chicken wings was surprisingly good and the sisig is one of the best Ive had in a while. Its very crispy and wont be disappointed. The cost is a bit high for the small servings I ordered though.

Nice staff. But for the premium price of white rice is not that premium. I can buy 1kilo of premium rice for the price of 55. Beef sinigang with watermelon maybe to each his own. Not a fan of sweetened sinigang. Been trying to look for the classic taste of sinigang but its not there. Maybe its just me.Lumpiang ubod is good. Chicken inasal skewers not that good. Maybe we can try other menu next visit but I cant recommend to my friend... yet.

Dined in with 2 other companions on 4 January afternoon (a Friday, probably why it was really busy but not enough staff). Giving this 2 stars because the food was good, and only the food, but service needs to be improved.It took them time to seat us (15-20 minutes. Totally understandable because of the crowd, but there were already tables readily available and perhaps hosts were unable to allocate properly?).Upon seating and ordering, we had to remind at least 3 waiters to give us water, and every time had to try our best to get their attention because I dont think there was anyone assigned to our table. Do we shout for them to notice us? Who do we call? Do we stand up and get things ourselves? Questions my friend and I were asking and still no answer to. Extremely sad cos the food was good.There were also 2 servers clearing one long table in front of us, and there we were, no one looking at us despite my friend and I both raising our hands. Do we stand up and order in front?How it could be improved:1. In Manam Trinoma, they have someone walking around (with a walkie talkie?) to direct servers to tables.2. Have someone assigned to a section of the restaurant. We saw different people serving us. It was hard to get their attention cos we didnt know who to ask. Many time we asked someone and they did something else and we thought maybe we werent assigned to their area?3. Upon seating, immediately introduce the server. This makes an impact. A positive one. I think Manam Trinoma does this.Shout out to Hannah who probably saw our annoyance with the service. (During the water scenario, she requested her colleague Pau to give us water as she was serving water to the table NEXT TO US. Pau didnt extend the same to us. Ayayayyy.)Thank you, Hannah!
