Located outside at the ground level near the entrance of the mall. Quiet and cozy place to have a meal or coffee away from the main mall.

Ive always known UCC for its good food and beverages. I was glad to see on the menu cover that they have a Valentine freebie for any entree ordered. However, the server told me they ran out of stock at the time of our visit. Okay, we continued to place our order and skipped the entrees...The food was okay and I was just expecting to pay a thousand bucks aleady considering a senior discount. The bill showed 1,121 though. I noticed that while my dad had coffee, the discount was only applied to his rice meal. They apologized and corrected it (took some time) so I only had to pay 1,050.For a resto that charges this much, I hope theyll be more honest and considerate when it comes to promos and discounts.

We came after lunch and the place was not full but it took time before anyone approached our table.Finally V came but left us even if we were not finished ordering yet.A number of the drinks and desserts were not available.The cakes tasted good but the icing of both cakes could have been better, same goes for the drinks.It was below par. Try other UCC branches or just go next door.

Very nice place to stay for me time. Accomodating people,though there was a bit of confusion with the orders since we waited more than the expected ETA but food is nice anyways. Got free coffee too

Service was great. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted and offered service water. Great selection of food and beverage. Nicely appointed decors. Seats are limited though. Will recommend for meet up and catching up with friends..

Food was good but service was poor. A fat waitress was sweeping the floor nearby while we were eating. We also asked for warm water but were repeatedly ignored.

If you want some coffee try this place is clean accessible a quite place not only the coffee but they have so plenty delicious food, this place is good for meeting place and to take coffee is very comportable.

The ambience is nice and has good foods. Just too expensive and overpriced for the quality of their foods, at least for the Japanese Curry. i havent tried all items in their menu tho.

Good food, great coffee, polite servers, but slow service

I love their clubhouse sandwiches. My only problem with the place is that it was far too cold. The aircon was on full blast with the fan speed at the highest setting - - my coffee went cold too fast. I was shivering and my teeth chattered.I love that they have booths and the lighting is warm. Its a good place to go to for a long serious conversation with a friend you havent seen in ages.

My fave cafe other than UCC Clockworks at Macapagal. Cafes with a garden view is tops in my book for quiet me time with their affogato and breakfast mornings. Coffee is always perfect and my food is served hot and fresh. So far no bad service

The restaurant opens at 7 am for breakfast. They serve great french toast and other breakfast menu. I enjoyed my breakfast with a friend.

Soothing ambiance. Quite costly but the food it worth it. Coffee breaks and even breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Its a Japanese cafe with not a so Japanese pastries. Their Japanese cakes are not at par with authentic Japanese recipe.

Waitresses were chatting with one another that the ice cream for our meal came to our table melted. There needs to be an improvement with their service.
