Poor service,at Timog branch.
Poor service. Most items we wanted to order were unavailable.... no puto bumbong, no tokwat baboy (for pairing with the arroz caldo), no adobong pusit. We ordered coffee and it was not even lukewarm. Waiter did not come back for service water or ketchup. Food presentation was not as nicely done like in other branches of Via Mare. VERY SAD. maybe, the staff are just having a bad day.
I chose Via since I am a fan of their classics for years. But the pansit was served cold.I reserved a function room but we were not alloted even 2 parking spaces only, much to my dismay. Very inconvenient. Some staff were polite.
Nice merienda sets with bit of a price. Conveniently located just beside Luxent Hotel and nearby Morato Circle.
One of the best Filipino restaurants that offers not only our home cooked dishes but local deserts as well. Best served with their brewed coffee.
Price is too high for quality and quantity of food. There are plenty other restaurants nearby with waybetter food and even cheaper prices.
The food was fine and the place is cozy too.
Its a fine place for important meetings. I fine foods as just right.
Good location nice parking fas moving food
Best Oysters, Bibingka and Pako Salad in Town
Needs to get back at it best
For meeting and hangout...tasty native foods
A lot of people enjoy Via Mare, it has been around for some time now. It may not be on top of my recommended places to eat at but I wouldnt refuse the invite.
Love their food. Unique and has Filipino delicacies
Food was great and the overall ambiance is homey which is really nice.
Very accommodating and the menu is fantastic.
Its monday night so it is slow maybe they are understaffed today. No one was around to seat us nor get back and ask for drinks after few minutes of sitting. Once he got our order the drinks came back promptly. We will update when we’re done eating.
Good tasting merienda food. No regrets!
They live up to their name of serving delicious foods. Easily accessible.
I have always admired Via Mares consistency in the food they serve. However, we were very disappointed with the Timog Avenue branch. We had 3 orders of Pancit Luglog and the minute the waiter put down the food on our table, we were all shocked. The servings were very small and there was hardly any luglog sauce and garnishing on each order. And true enough, after mixing the pancit and the sauce, the mixture hardly had any colour. After tasting it, we were all one in saying that that was not how we remember Via Mares Pancit Luglog. We thought that 2 orders were split to make 3.Then a latecomer ordered another Pancit Luglog. And as if to confirm our suspicions, her serving was bigger and had a generous amount of sauce and garnishing. When we brought this to the attention of the waiter, he said their Pancit Luglog was pre-packed from the commissary. That still does not mean that 2 servings cannot be divided to 3.We also ordered some shooters. We waited so long and when we followed up, it seemed that the waiter did not place the order.I am a fan of Via Mare and I have eaten in many branches. This is comfort food for me. And as I said, I have always admired the consistency of the quality of their food. Well, it seems that once in a while, a branch falters.
Food is good. Staff needs more training.
Great Filipino food.. Nice courteous staff.. Parking available..
Crispy Sundried Tapa is my fav!
Orders arrived sporadically and separately. Not as good as it once was.
Good foods im oyster lover so i love it
Good Good Good Place Feel At Home
Friendly staff. Great value for a true Filipino cuisine!
They need to step up with meals. Bibingkas and putobumbong are still TDF.
Good to have a function room for privacy.
Oysters and puto bb are still as good!
Great cuisine and best service.
