WORST EXPERIENCE EVEEER!!!!Warning! Puwede magdala ng food from stores outside pero hindi ka pdeng manghngi ng plate and fork para sa kakainin mo.Note: yung 5 y.o na pamangkin ko ang nanghingi ng plate and fork sakanila mismo para sa donut na kakainin nya.10 minutes ago, magddine-in sana kami sa CBTL, Ayala Fairview Terraces. May dala kaming donut from Krispy Kreme, dahil gutom na pamangkin ko, so, pagupo nila, kmain sila agad ng donut. Ung 5 y.o ko na pamangkin, tumakbo sa counter at nanghingi ng plate and fork... Ms. Steph and the other girl, said, bawal daw. Kami ng ate ko nagtaka kc magddine-in naman kami, bbili kami ng frap. So, pmnta na kami ng ate ko sa counter para mag-order.. Dahil may egift ako for Coffee Bean, pnresent ko. Habang pnprocess nila, nanghngi ako ng plate and fork.. Guess what?!!! They immediately said, bawal po. Tpos sabi ko din agad, sige, po, pcancel na lang. Bgla rin sumagot si Ate agad na ok. No remorse at all.As we left the store, we realized na, Seriously, can they really do that?! Tama ba na ok lang hindi sila magkaroon ng customer dahil lang hindi sila marunong umintindi at dahil bawal daw sila magbigay ng fork and plate?I personally love coffee bean, pero after what happened today, nakakalungkot na nangyari ito... Ive been to coffee bean, several times already, but this is my first time to experience this!!!

Yummy food while having coffee. Though the place is crowded, they should place outlets for those who staying for hours. I rely on their Internet connection whenever I had a net connection problem at home. Great service for their patrons. One time, I asked one of their staff to look after my stuff while I went to the comfort room. Hope they have their own comfort room for their customers.

Im not sure if its onlynthis branch that serves pasta or salad on a plastic container or its across all branches. I remember before they serve theie meals on plates. Well, they give 5 to 10 pesos off if you bring reusable mugs but they serve salad and pasta on aplastic container. Ironic. As a result, my spicy chilled chicken salad is not freshly prepared,l. The mist from the inside of the container made the pasta and cucumber soggy. Wasnt able to eat tjose at the bottom part.Their drinks, for me though, are great as usual. CBTL at Ayala Fairview Terraces opens at 8am. Today though they opened 8.45 due to delivery issues. Oh well. Not their day I guess. You can always wait on their tables/chairs outside

Limited vegan choices (only the teas are safe to consume). Most of the drinks arent customizable because milk is already in the powder they mix into the drinks. Disappointing.
