For me ito the best na hotel sa quezon city hindi ganon kahigpit napaka friendly and accomodating pa ng mga staff, clean un room, swak un presyo, dagdag mo pa un dampa sa tapat hehe may pool, may gym eh halos weekly. ata ako andito para ________ haha lapit pa sa lahat convenience store, gimikan, atm.. swak na swak!!

We enjoyed our stay here last Father’s Day (2019). Ang laki nung room nila. Sobrang sulit yung bayad. Yung breakfast buffet nila, okay din! Sarap ng food. About sa pool, mejo strict, pang swim talaga need to wear. Kung hindi, no choice, hindi ka nila papayagan.

ケソンなので周辺の治安はあまり良くありませんが、ここは開けた立地で深夜に出歩かなければ何の問題もありません。夕食のビュッフェが充実しています。寿司等の日本食もありデザートが豊富。朝食も十分満足できる水準ですが歩いて5分のところにChowkingがあるのでお毎日お粥ばかり食していました。仕事で宿泊するなら充分以上です。

There is a large selection of desserts, and drinks include wine and beer. Quality of food and taste is good, but not extraordinary.Ambiance is nice, well suited for families. Expect some kids running around and the associated noise.Service is good, and being in a hotel, there are quality rest rooms on the premises.Though the regular price is P1700, there are offers available, and credit card promos that make it more attractive.

Nice room, nice food, nice service and nice staffs. I happen to stay and have a meeting here for 3 nights and its excellent. The breakfast is so gooddddd. The coffe braak and lunc menus also good I can say I really enjoy.

価格相応でしょうか。部屋は清潔です。朝食はバイキング形式で種類も多く満足すると思います。徒歩圏でコンビニ、スーパー、ハンバーガー店があるので、部屋での飲み食いも問題なしです。フロントの接客も日本語は無理ですが、英語は当然ながら完璧でした。

Its a very cozy hotel in the heart of a very busy commercial area. Their buffet is good with wide selection of Japanese, Chinese and Filipino cuisine.

As with all Filipino hotels the staff is very friendly and efficient. The room is quite large and comfortable. It has all the things you look for in a room such as stocked minibar, coffee, good TV with good sound, a safe. In addition there was a nice sofa and coffee table. The bathroom was large as well.

The room was immaculate, water pressure is very good and consistent, and the soundproofing above average. The first morning I noted a 1/2 buckle in the bathroom tile and we were switched to a new room immediately. All bathrooms have a window to the main room which I find awkward, but this seems to be standard in newer hotels here. The pool too small for laps, though theres a kiddy pool which parents will appreciate. The workout room is small but well equipped. Having stayed at one other hotel in Queson City and seen the facilities in a third, this was the better hotel. It helps to speak Tagalog though most of the staff have some fluency in English. Bar and food service is very slow, but this seems to be a common issue (45 minutes to get a food order filled). If youre looking for better youd have to goto the Shangri La hotel in downtown Manilla which at a cursory glance is an over of magnitude above this. Im picky and spoiled about hotels so I give this a 3.5 out of 5 overall.

Booked three premiere rooms for the company, it took a while to check-in at around 4PM since there was only one person stationed at the front desk. I was the only one checking in for the group but there was this other client who felt entitled and kept bugging the front desk guy with inquiries and couldn’t seem to wait for his turn. He handled it well but the delay has been caused which was the only hassle. The room was clean and the sheets were fresh...the bed was a bit hard though. But all in all, it was a great stay. Food has great selection, too. It’s my 3rd time and i will always choose to book here for my business travels.

Beautiful, elegant and very comfortable to stay

Couldn’t stand how slow their lifts were. 2 lifts and extremely slow due to level 2/3 are car parks etc.I witnessed how pitiful those well dressed gentlemen and bridesmaids were waiting lifts with myself.Room is good, spacious and Aircon is cool. WiFi is slightly unstable, slow sometimes.Shower has no body wash gel. Nice shampoo and hair condition with argan oil though.Not much to complain except, the Lifts.

The hotel is clean and staffs involved with bed linens, towels etc. is great! But the once at the front desks, and the servers in thier restaurant are not good. They need to be given more training in good customer care lessons. They will ask you to wait for an hour just to get approval from thier supervisors bec they are not in the hotel. Aren’t they not trained to take care of things? Is there only one supervisor for the day?

Pros: front desk, housekeeping taff friendly and polite. typical of filipino hospitality. cons: restaurant service seems to have deteriorated. less staff and disorganized. need to vary menu, especially fruit selections. check in process: need to implement a wait on line system between people transacting business at the desk and the next client. in this age of identity theft, there needs to be space between guests at front desk.breakfast buffet: if you say buffet is open at 6 am, staff should prep by 5 am. the coffee urn alone takes one hour to brew. Breakfast was not ready at 6 when we came down to eat (to catch a 630 am pick up from hotel).

Staff was very helpful, understanding, and well-informed.

During our stay the hotel lobby was so crowded. We have waited for quite a long time for the bell boy to arrive. Breakfast buffet spread is not much and need to wait for a minutes before they will replenish. Front desk staff were not always there (dont know where they are) we need to wait until they come out from somewhere before they can assist us. The room is big. The toilet sliding door was very difficult to slide open/close You need to wait for quite a long time when checking out because they still need to check the room. Location wise, so-so. Traffic jam area

Love the place its near giant networks like ABS CBN and GMA. And the food especially the ensaymada its the best. We had a nice stay here.

チェックインはいまいちですが、ホテルの施設は割といいと思います。この周辺では一番ではないでしょうか。朝食もフィリピンにしてはがんばっているほうだと思います。プールもジムもあって一通りのホテルライフは楽しめると思いますが、5星ホテルを期待すると裏切られます。周辺はあまり治安はよくないので深夜ぶらぶら歩くのはやめておいたほうがいいかもしれません。

Great hotel great location, included breakfast was good. Only thing was the fumigation during the night, the smell at the lobby was over whelming, there was no warning, I came back to the hotel past midnight and cough my way up to my room.

Service of the hotel staff are not good.lazy people. specially the room service.on our first night of stay, we experience the lazyness of the room service staff.we ordered a bottle of water but it was never delivered.answering the call, yes ,but our order didnt deliver.room service are quite very lazy.ask for a spoon or a glass or anything it will cost an hour to deliver.its a bad experience checking in this kind of hotel. because of this room service staff, those people are useless and meaningless. hotel management should be aware of this room service staff.people assigned to this job is not worthless. they are the distraction of the hotel..

Everybody was attentive and responsive, At your need. That’s why I’ve been there 4 years in a row. Super friendly staff, if you or your family want the best of the best in this area! Don’t look further. It’s not cheap, but it’s would you expect.

Excellent hotel. Check in was smooth even though I accidently reserved a smoking room online. Switch was fast and easy.Room is spacious and comfortable with good furniture. King bed very comfortable. Bathroom also spacious.Buffets for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Large choice of food at both. One problem hotel buffets have frequently is keeping food warm in chaffing dishes. Not the case here. Entire staff from housekeeping to the doormen were very accommodating
