The food was super tasty and juicy. The 100% beef burger was big and amazing.

One of most popular in menila Philippines, if you consider the place the place is wonderful. People who will assist you in the hotel they are so good and manner.You will find a home environment here. So if you want to celebrate a birthday or anything you can easily do that.

Service has changed drastically. you have to wait longer than usual for someone to bring your request. i requested for tatar sauce and I waited 10 minutes for very small portion of mayonnaise. i had to follow up 3x for the sauce. food is too oily considering we ordered the grilled meatplatter. please note we were there at 6pm and a lot of servers on duty and hardly any patrons at that time. my friend ordered Sprite and it was not served 10 minutes when another friend ordered Coke. it was served at the same time. they forgot the order. we will not go back to this establishment.

Servng sizes are smaller than previous years. Good thing I have my BFF card discounts that help get the most bang for my buck.

Food is good. Downside is that one of the staff used the bathroom and didnt flush. I had to ask several times to have it clean but no one listened. Only when one of the staff went and used that bathroom when she came out quickly and had it cleaned. Bad service. Not hygenic place and staff.

Very good customer service at the bar, especially from Stella who was very friendly and looked after us very well.

Went there to celebrate my birthday last march and disrespected by the restaurant manager. I filed a complaint and the branch manager said hed make up for it but when I return manager was no where to be seen, does not answer texts or call and service/food quantity is very bad.

WE ORDERED THAT CHICKEN LUNCH DEAL ONE WORTH AROUND 250, AND WE GOT A SMALL CHICKEN WITH HARD RICE. WHEN WE ATE IN BGC BRANCH THE CHICKEN WAS WAAAY BIGGER AND RICE WAS SOFTER. THIS SCAM RIGHT HERE. FIRST AND LAST TIME.

Love the place. Very friendly, beautiful arranged platters, super taste. Was here 7 times, allways good. First I thought the term inhere it is always Friday is a good marketing gag, but afterwards I think it is realy true.If you are here for a longer time think of buying a Bistro Frequent Foodie Card. You get great discounts, vouchers and coffe/tea. You can use it here and also Italianis right over the street in the mall.But back to TGIF: great american food in not so american sizes: I ate not too much but had enough. Oh I nearly forgot that: You can get bottomless Ice Tea and Mojitos. So if you are thirsty this is a place to go!
