Hi friends, allow me to share with you my rating of this SB Galleria based on the below:Food 5 of 5Excellent quality ingredients, top of the line products weather food, hot drinks, frappe, or coffee beans.Ambience 5 of 5Bigger and wider compared to other stores. Same super furniture and lighting.Accessibility 4 of 5Theres no drive thru or curbside pickup. You would need to park your vehicle in the mall parking and walk your way to the store.Cost 5 of 5i think we can all agree starbucks is not cheap in terms of the cost but the price really reflects the quality a product and service.Service 5 of 5I am not a regular of this store. I only visited this twice this year, they are always polite and will take your order with a warm smile.

Went here (L4) last night (3/10), just want to compliment Bunny and the female partner who offered me water, they are genuinely nice and friendly people and it made my day, I hope more people would be like them.

The level 4 is awesome in-mall shop. Crowd is posh and students. Been here after a whole day workshop of Yess21 at the Crowne Plaza. Friendlies they have here. Parking is thru the mall.

Friendly staff. Views are nice. Opens earlier than the mall.

Like any other starbucks place has good sofa and charging spots.

Cozy but in front of the road.
