Authentic Ilocano dishes! Esp the sinanglao. Havent seen any restaurants serving sinanglao or Miki cooked in Vigan style here in Manila. Their dinakdakan have a different twist on their recipe, more moist than the usual but good too. You must try their utong (string beans/sitaw) dishes too hahaha

Just along CP Garcia, this lowkey yet presentable place is perfect for people who loves home cook meal at a worth-it price. Super love this place and the ambiance and decor too. Simple yet sophisticated.

Very budget-friendly drive by carenderia along CP Garcia. It’s open until late night and there is a few parking spots along the road. The menu is good old Filipino comfort food. Bulalo is definitely a must-try at Mamangs. They also have all-day breakfast menu like Vigan longanisa, silog and garlic rice. :) Mamang’s has an oldie Filipino-Spanish style vibe and definitely a must-try for a quick, affordable meal fix.

Havent tried much of their dishes since Im dining alone but Im impressed with the variety of choices served on a weekend night. Not as high-end as most Pinoy restaurants but the budget-friendly rates and the delectable dishes are something to look forward to.

Weve tried Bulalo and the taste same as ordinary Bulalo in metro, however it has more vegetables so looks better for vegi people.
