Yehey! for Room Service Breakfast

The room was cozy and clean but the problem is their wifi is very slow and they have a problem with cable provider. So instead of staying there for 2 nights, we just stayed over night and transferred to another hotel.

Like the place clean very accessible where my family live at easy get ride. Friendly staff.

Clean rooms, complete with toothbush, shampoo slippers towels. Private area, room with dim lighting. Food is good as well. Also has a balcony

Me and my family looks for a place that was convenient for us everytime we visits Quezon Mem Circle & Wildlife Park and at last we found Fersal Hotel that meets our expectations. It is clean & comfy! We didn’t see cockroaches unlike other hotels. Fixtures at the toilet is good as there’s no leak and mostly it has bidet. Probably, we will stay in the same place when we visit Quezon City again.

Good place to stay, safe and not so crowded place to stay. near to many food stalls and malls.

Plain & simple but the rooms, linen and stuff were very clean. On the downside, the service of staff was horrible & the breakfast was a scam!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Roaches in the room which was supposedly checked out by staff before we went in but still had to kill 5. The internet is none existent even though we were right next to the lobby. Had booked for 2 night but only stayed 1 due to the problems listed and they wouldnt even refund the other night. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

This is a decent hotel for business travellers at a relatively cheap price.

Affordable hotel and accommodating staff!

Stayed three nights for a conference recently. Room size was average for a hotel in the city. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. The beds were large enough to sleep comfortably. The hotel itself is a perfect retreat for someone who is easily overstimulated by city life.

Staff were very accommodating. Problem is they dont give you basic commodities after the first stay. You have to ask for it. That get old for a while. Eating places just around the corner. Theres a grocery store nearby so if you forgot some basic things you can easily buy them.

Location is good: walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, hospital, and starbucks. Employees were courteous and helpful. Airport shuttle was definitely a plus.

Very near UP Diliman. we booked here for my graduation since the call time was 6AM and i needed a place to stay near the university. the only problem was they do not serve the free breakfast before 6AM so we didnt get to avail that and the management did not offer anything for compensation.

We stayed here for the weekend it was a great find. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. The staff at this hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating for. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner.

THE ROOM HAD COCKROCHES EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM. AND WHEN TOLD TO THE STAFF, NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT

I like the place because i felt safe in the area

We had great time with my friends during we have attended a seminar in UP diliman.

Room was old and the air was stale. The lights were dim. The worst part about my stay was that they woke me up 3am in the morning to move my car out. They should have a valet service if they tell people its ok to park in their cramped garage.

We have to pay 195 for our breakfast. I thought that since we pay a substantial amount breakfast is free like most hotels including Fersal Malakas!

No signal of Wifi in the room. There should be sinal of the wifi in all the rooms.

I reserved it for my mom and brother and they were satisfied and happy with the hotel.

It took one hour for housekeeping to deliver one roll of toilet paper; my room was close to the main road so it was too noisy to get a good night sleep.those rooms need noise reduction materials on the windows.

Not super luxury but simple and clean. Our room was fairly big.

Its a place you would like to sleep only. I was not so in loving mode.

A decent, clean, no-frills hotel for the price that is centrally located in Quezon City.

The have limited breakfast menu...you ask a white bread..they said none, They repeatedly making mistake of serving your order. They charge for a re-fill a cup of coffee and juice is additional too..

It is expensive but the food inside the hotel is not up to the rate.

One comment, while checking out in the lobby, I need to use the restroom but was told there is no rest room in the lobby, have to go to my room in the 3rd FL.
