Dined at their Fairview Terraces branch. Pricey food so youd expect good service.No welcome greeting, seated ourselves, had to ask for a menu, not so attentive. Not like this with other branches. Only 2 servers in a place that can serve 50pax on a Sunday. Maybe understaffed...Thanks to server Ezekiel who assisted us and made up for the initially sad service. Food is GOOD!

I keep coming back to Mary Grace, especially in Fairview Terraces and SM fairview Branch. The set-up is cozy. Each crew member had a smile and very polite. The pastas are great! My Favorite restaurant when it comes to cheesecake!!! Highly recommended!

Food is on the expensive side but very delicious. Their menu dont have rice sets for lunch, only all day breakfasts. They have pizza, pasta, sandwich, salad, and pastries/cakes. We particularly love their cheese rolls! The place id very very homey. You can just sit there and read a book. They also have rocking chairs for the elders

I had a one shot americano coffee and a slice of sans rival. Their coffee is bitter as americano may be; i just have the tendency to compare any coffee regardless of variety to the coffee i have experienced inside a market in iloilo. Nonetheless, their americano is a good pair to their ever tasty sans rival. I hope they dont change their recipe for it.

I love the home sweet home feel of this place. The food is great and the cakes are delicious. It really is homecoming experience for those who have been far away from home. :)

Management is hard to deal with. This is the second incident of their poor service. I need a function room for my activity and Mary Grace is the ideal venue because of their food. My event is on February 24. My mode of payment is credit card as our company policy. They are asking for a 50% downpayment. Im willing to give the50%downpayment cash and will return it to me on the date of the event and will pay the full amount plus the downpayment through cc. I already did it last year. Unfortunately, the policy was changed and not allow it this time. They will no longer return my down payment because they will remit it immediately. How come they will remit the money immediately though it was only a reservation for the function room and no food was consumed. Last time, they gave my reservation to other company without asking for my confirmation on my reservation even though Im the 1st to asked for a pencil booking..

Jen was very helpful and made sure our glasses were filled and particularly remembered what kind of water each of us preferred. The food is delicious but too a point where it becomes too rich. So, a little less mayo and a little less salt would not hurt the taste of your dishes :)

I always come here because the food are all great and the ambience is amazing. Plus the staff are friendly as in any other branch.

Exquisite pasta! a very nice place to relax, sit, chat and eat. kids will enjoy too, food attendants were very polite and approachable.. and most of all i love their WASH ROOM! Perfect :)

Nice place...staff are professional.

Very cozy and homey feel. Teas are home recipe. My personal faves include creamy dory pasta, grilled cheese roll and raspberry. Restrooms very clean.
