Be warned! No Cancellation and No Refund which staffs dont inform you about early on and they dont have documents to support it too. So if youre not sure of your stay here, dont pay early or you might not get your money back. Rooms are spacious but minimal. Light in the bathroom is minimal and dark. Not so clean and one of the rooms smell so bad cause of the toilet stench. Exhaust is not functioning. Beds have insects biting. Bed sheets, towels, blankets are dirty. No elevator. Rooms starts at 2nd floor. You cant see the hotel at night especially when its raining cause theres no distinguishable sign. Its just a big building that is near the market and tricycle terminal. Yes, its cheaper but it can be better.

1. Clean rooms. Spacious. Nice toilet and bath with hot water. Free WiFi that works and is fast. Beds are foam. No elevator. Stairs are steep and tall steps. Not for handicapped or PWD or old people. Polite and courteous employees. Clean and tasty spartan breakfast. Very good value for money.

Great to lay my tired body at night. Friendly staff. Located near the cathedral and sinking bell tower. Right beside a wet market. A few minutes walk towards the capitol.

UKL is one of the most decent Hostel in Ilocos. The rooms are clean. Their rooms are nice smelling, we got twin deluxe. Their beds are huge and inviting (i forgot to take a photo of it) hahah! And pillows are soft too. Instead of me taking a dip in their pool, I ended up snoozing. Hahah!Service are good. Wifi everywhere. Clean pool. Spacious parking. Good job UKL Management! Keep it up!

The room size is okay and clean however, aiircon was too noisy and worst its very near the headboard...tv is too far from bed and very small!There was no elevator up to 4th floor
