The place is cozy and has a rustic vibe. Lights are dim. WiFi is fast. You can also use their sockets to charge your devices. They have a variety of drinks to choose from. They also offer alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, its hotter than usual coz some of the ACs are off as precaution. They also have alloted a space for the BHW and PNP near the entrance for hotel guests. I wish they hadnt done that.

Cozy place to have a nice cup of coffee and some yummy sweets in Studio Cafe Bacolod. It is just along the famous lacson street of Bacolod City so very quite accessible to public transportation and near other great places. If youre looking for a place where you can relax, finish some reports, get a few drinks and have some privacy this is the place to be. Staffs are also friendly and accommodating.

I was disappointed when we dine yesterday afternoon, very POOR on hospitality the staff was not that good, we order coffee and beer, then we add some pizza because we are having a good conversation, almost 30 minutes when we ask the waitress for our pizza then they just put it beside the other table, WITHOUT a serving tools, and its just not in a right way to deliver foods to customer, we were shock when we had noticed it was already COLD, so we ask a waitress why it was COLD she just ask us would you like to Re-Heat your pizza !? How the was that?, I ask for a supervisor to talk the other waiter just nod and say that they dont have a supervisor to talk with, Imagine A restaurant WITHOUT AN IN_CHARGE? Staff should attend a seminar on HOSPITALITY, It was my first time there and maybe it was my last.. So Disappointed!!!!!

Expensive for the food you get. So dissapointed with customer service and food. I ordered pesto bit they served me chicken carbonara. I asked the waiter to have my food returned and make me what I ordered but they insisted that what I have on my plate is pesto without basil.

Had breakfast here. Food is okay. Typical Filipino breakfast on point. Price maybe a little bit high since its a hotel restaurant.

The waiters seemed to have a mix-up with orders as they even called our rooms confirming if we ordered something when we already paid the bill downstairs. other than that, food is okay. Though I miss the old buffet breakfast for guests in the 5-6th floor before. :)
