Poor facilities.hndi malamig ang air con sa kwarto,lahat tlga ng kwarto na kinuha namin ang sa amin lng medyo malamig sa kanla ang mainit.ngbigay nalng ng electric fan.ung drainage din sa banyo namin medyo barado at mahina mgflush ang toilet.

Positive: Malambot ang kama at maganda ang palikuran.

Negative: Walang almusal.

Nov 2020 They have a nice promo. The rooms were nice. Quiet Aircon ( split type ) . Working Hot showers. Nice interiors. TV have nice programs. Internet is kinda Slow as of the moment ( ISP Problem ). Mobile data is available if near window.

Clean and decent room to stay. After I stepped in the room, i felt this comfortable ambiance. Thank you for the service and accommodation.

Aircon was cool and bed linnens and towel were clean. Room space was okay. Bed was comfortable. However TV was quite small, the lighting in the comfort room was a bit dark. There were no glasses (crystal) and no toothpaste toothbrush and cotton buds. The staff were courteous. Phillippine Star or Phil Daily Inquirer are a btter newspaper to read. There were no coffee and hot water.

Fast check-in. Accommodating staff. Secure. WiFi access is given upon check-in. Mall is within walking distance. Would have been perfect if theres a hair dryer and slippers as part of amenities but overall, its a good stay.

Positiv: Ruhige Lage direkt hinter der Robinsons Shoppingmall, extrem leise und moderne, sehr fein dosierbare Split-Aircon im Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett mit vernünftiger Bettdecke, tgl. 2 kostenlose Wasserflaschen, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr viele Steckdosen überall, Festnetztelefon, gut abdunkelne Vorhänge, kleines sehr günstiges Restaurant im EG, Shuttleservice-Counter. die Hälfte der Zimmer befindet sich gerade in der Grundsanierung, aber keine Lärmbelästigung, da die Stemmarbeiten abgeschlossen sind. Die buchbaren Zimmer haben noch den alten Zustand. Daher viele Fußbodenfliesen lose, eine philippinische Krankheit... Günstigste Zimmerpreise über die Go-Hotels eigene Homepage - ähnlich wie vor Ort am Desk. Supermoderner Fahrstuhl mit Touchpanels innen und außen (für nur 2 Etagen...).. Negativ: Sehr dunkle Badezimmer, zentrales Heißwasser eher kälter als lauwarm, LCD-Wandfernseher sehr klein (24“), keine Kofferablage, kein Kühlschrank, kein Haarfön, nur Wandklapptisch (wie in den Red Planet-Hotels, hier im „Go“ aber mit viel mehr Platz und einem Stuhl), Lobby und Flure im Freien, kein geschlossenes Gebäude, daher Innen=Außentemperatur außerhalb der Zimmer... Die Kunststoff-Fensterrahmen sind leicht verzogen, daher die Klappfensterflügel nicht schall-/luftdicht zu schließen. Nerviges Alarmpiepen jeder leicht offenstehenden Zimmertür. Hallende Flurgeräusche dringen laut in die Zimmer, besonders im EG. Langschläfer buchen lieber oben....

Positive: We always use this hotel after our flight to bacolod, close by AirPort, next to mall. Good price, clean room and good beds. Friendly and smile staff too.. Negative: No bad Words to find.

Stayed at Go Hotel for almost the entire month of November. Its a budget hotel with JUST the basics. BED, BATH and WIFI.No budet on the toilet (we asked for a tabo)No fridgeNo water heater/tea set for coffeeNo free water. Just the 2 bottles per day.No cabinets for clothesAlso, at night theres nowhere to get food nearby.On the bright sideThe service was pretty good.The staff is friendly and accomodating.They have hot water for showers.Theres a nearby mall (but be wary of the time it closes)Theres a laundry shop at the lobby.Weego is also at the hotel lobby, and their food is pretty good. For roughly 1k per night this place is pretty decent.

Comfortable bed. This is truly for backpackers’ stay. Price is quite okay as they do not provide toothbrushes nor toothpaste. Shampoo and soap is provided. They also have safe which for me is a good thing.I will choose GoHotel for my stay in Bacolod. Thank you.

Good if you are sleeping or watching TV but if you are the type of bringing a laptop to work you are out of luck the rooms has no extra work table and its very difficult to work in bed with laptops...wifi kinda okay and rooms are clean and very near with the mall and movie houses.

We stayed hre several times the room is oky but there bathroom s need improvement.

Location is good. Almost near or one ride away. You can hear the noise from outside. The bathroom is clean but it has a foul smell. The hotel lacks basic commodities. No toothbrush and toothpaste. No bidet. No conditioner. Bathroom only has tissue, shampoo and a tiny soap. Wifi is very weak. Bed has a lot of issues. First the sheets were stained if you closely look at it. Especially the pillows, you can see a lot of DNA if you uncover it. (We didnt use any pillows at all). Lastly, the bed is itchy. Theres bed bugs. The only reason we stayed there is to have a place to sleep overnight. (We are outside the hotel the whole day.) We left early coz the bed is not comfy to sleep on because it was itchy. We got rashes when we get home. We checked out early because of that. (Checked in at 4pm, checked out 8am the next day.)

The alarm rang twice during our stay. Its very disturbing.

Positief: Best airco in town! Alle andere hotels hebben luidruchtige aircos, Go Hotel heeft split type airco die vel beter zijn. Prijs is ook laag in vergelijking met de andere hotels.. Negatief: Niets.

Positief: Prima accomodatie voor het doel overnachtingen op basis prijs/kwaliteit. Negatief: Uitzicht, er was geen uitzicht (op de begane grond kijk je tegen een muur aan). Maar op zich acceptabel als je alleen gebruik maakt van de accomodatie voor overnachtingen..

Positiv: Sehr freundliches Personal , Zimmer war immer sauber , Preis -leistung super , es ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum wenige meter entfernt . Werde meinen nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dort buchen.. Negativ: Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer ansonsten kann ich nichts negatives sagen..

Fine overnight hotel. Had all you wanted in that price range. Good location.

Right behind a shopping mall. Clean, quiet room. Clean bathroom. Provides shuttle to the The Ruins. Overall nice place to stay in.

The hotel room was good. It was worth the money. The location of the hotel is also great since it is located back of the Robinson Shopping Mall. It was a quiet place. Their staff were very attentive, friendly and responsive to your needs. In addition, there is a shuttle bus available in Robinson Terminal Parking area that will take you to the airport for just 45 minutes. If your flight is early, you can place a reservation so that the shuttle bus driver will pick you up at the Robinson vehicle entrance. The fare is just P130.00 per head which is cheaper than taxi fare which will charge at P500.00The con here is that their wifi connection was very poor. I hardly connect due to poor signal.

The room is rather small, but clean and modern. Everything seemed to work OK. The Robinsons Mall is only about a 3 minute walk. Far enough away from the road to be quiet.

Ich besuche go-hotel seit längerer Zeit regelmäßig und muss leider sagen, dass es von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter wird. Sauberkeit ist nicht mehr die gleiche, WiFi ist ständig kaputt.. Trotzdem die beste Wahl für kürzere Aufenthalte: Preis/Leistung stimmt und die location ist optimal.

I enjoyed my stay at Go hotels in Bacolod city as the personal are very friendly and tip top service minded!Well located as its close to Robinson mall and youll easily reach out other parts of the city.On the other side, the room is small, no dresser cupboard, no proper chair and table, no el-kettle...All at all a nice place to stay

Place is clean and comfy plus staffs are approachable

Nice place because the ground floor and lobby area were not air-conditioned. Theres a natural breeze anyway so youll still relax. Ill come back to that hotel this year, Inshallah.

隣にロビンソンがあり立地は非常に便利です。エアコンが効く部屋と効かない部屋があり、当たり外れがあります。またwifiは非常に遅く（Download 54kbps、Upload 1.3mbps）で、ネットサーフィン不可能です。

Positiv: Super nettes Personal, immer sauberes Zimmer, top Lage ... kann ich nur empfehlen.. Negativ: Es gibt nichts Negatives zu sagen..

Value for money is worth it as we booked it at a really cheap price. Excellent customers service is always there by previous employees and now the new employees are doing an excellent job. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. I stayed for a night at GoHotels Bacolod and I had a great stay.

The internet is not good in rooms even thow the box is right out side of your room, with door open its not to bad. Can not eat inside rooms. After mall closes at night no place to go unless you know the area or walk a mile at night to TomToms coffee house.Not good area.

Le wifi de lhôtel est vraiment nul, le nettoyage des chambres laisse à désirer mais par contre jaime le fait dêtre près des services de proximité. Le fait que Robinson mall est juste derrière lhôtel est un gros point positif.

When we arrive, the staff at the reception was not accommodating enough. Waited for a long time on queue not knowing which counter to approach. We asked for a room cleaning service but all they did was arrange the bedsheet without replacing it. Bathroom was not cleaned as well.

It was an okay hotel because the bathroom smelled like pee even after you requested the housekeeping to have it clean ( I have to clean the bathroom by myself just to get rid of the smell) . On the positive side it is very convenient to the mall and affordable.

For a split type of aircon, it is not that cold but it doesnt matter because it will get cold after a long time. Simple yet clean. Staff were friendly but forgot to clean my room. I was surprised when the staff in the check in counter told us that we have pay a deposit fee of P50 if we have leave our things.

A nice budget hotel. Great location beside Robinsons mall. Hope they will install bidet though.

주변에있는 호텔들에 비해서 싸다. 다만 방이작고 편의시설등이 부족하다. 호텔이라기보단 모텔정도라고 생각하면되겠다. 그래도 깨끗하고 지저분하지는 않다.

バスルームは清潔で使いやすい。朝到着したので、荷物を預かってもらっていたのですが、チェックインの際はとても迅速で、部屋にすでに荷物が運んでありました。ホテルは清掃がきちんとされています。

Rooms are small but clean, can use a little more attention to maintenance. Shelf falling off the wall.That was last year! This year there were problems, many problems with the hot water, repair was performed however no one knew how to bleed the system after the repairs. The water came out Black.It caused rashes all over my body.I had to cut short my stay here because of rash itching from the parisites in the water.The staff was informed but didnt know how to resolve the problem.This was not a good stay.

Though its not that big, what I love is that the people and staff are so friendly.

Disappointed.We have made a booking at GO Hotels last 26-28 April for one of our event held in Bacolod. We have made a pre-booking for 6 rooms - 3 Queen and 3 Twin. there are few non-compliance issues that I would like to highlight: (1) when we check-in we are informed that only one (1) Queen Room is available and the rest are all Twins, then I show them the booking confirmation and only then they give us another Queen room.(2) Only 3 rooms are available upon check-in, since we booked 6 and we can only used 3 as some of our participants are unable to join us due to cancelled flights, we inform them that and we are willing to let go of our 3 rooms. The receptionist told us we cant do that they will provide the rooms in later timing but we cannot cancelled. We paid the full amount 6 rooms.(3) Upon checkout, they advise us that one of the rooms has not been cleared, so happen that this is one of the un-used room. We immediately check the room ourself and yes, GOhotels allow somebody to use the room that we paid =and gave it to someone else.Main Point:-Safety and Security of the customer - GOhotels can issue several key cards for a single room to different customers-Cheating - we already paid the room although we dont occupy it and they let someone to use it.
