We found this by asking our tricycle driver and this is the first thing he suggested, specifically Aidas. It is just beside the SM City Bacolod and we went there around 11 am before the lunch rush. We ordered pecho, paa, baticolon, rice and royal. We had to wait 15 minutes for our order. The chicken is amazing, and their prices are relatively cheaper than Inasal restaurants in Manila but if you compare their value on their provincial counterparts, I would say that it is a bit pricey. I just wish that the servers were more accomodating and attentive to the needs of their customers.

We went to Manokan Country around 8 in the morning. My wife and I tried the Chicken Inasal and Baticolon stall #6: Bernadettes Manokan Country, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. The price is a affordable for a native chicken inasal. The chicken oil is best paired with newly cooked rice.

First time to visit Manokan Country and it didnt disappoint. There are many food stalls there offering the famous Bacolod Chicken Inasal that you must try but we chose Nenas Beth. They have many choices and the service is really good. They are really busy but you dont have to wait very long for your food to be served. Yummy food and we will definitely go back there.

Purrfect inasal for everyone. Not your ordinary inasal since this is the original inasal. Do not forget to drop by here before trying other Negrense dishes.
