Mababait ang staff..feeling safe sa lugar kasi katapat ng Police station..walking distance sa Aboys Restaurant. Medyo luma ang place pro malinis naman..may pool at atm sa labas kasi andito rin sa loob ng hotel ang office ng Teleperformance.

Luxur Buffet for only 188php. Solve ka gid kaayo. Nice staff, ambience and of course food. Unli fiesta food and lutong bahay theme for all and unlimited iced tea as well. Always the first blooders sa food nila everytime we go here with friends and love ones. Thanks Luxur!

Places needs to be updated. Good location close to Panaad Stadium but facilities and amenities needs reboot.They have good meeting room at the middle of the garden and pool area is big but dated and needs repair.

This hotel is old. Everything inside is old. The furniture is very old and all scratched. The walls may have been repainted but a very very poor job. We were in a room with the most disgusting looking fridge - in my opinion, the room would have been better off without the fridge. The shower could not warm up at all. I could not fault the staff. They were all very nice and helpful. I booked for 6 nights but I had to leave and find another hotel the next day.

The hotel really need some renovations and upgrades and more info to the guest. The two room categories should inform that some rooms face the busy and noisy street and the other one the pool side. The faucets in the bathroom just do their job. The mattress of the double bed keep you like a ? overnight. The aircon doesnt fit the large room. Wifi problems very common in the Philippines. Garden and pool well maintained. Tip for the restaurant: less cooking oil please. Verdict: its overpriced for the room.

The front desk staff were totally amazing. Checking in and checking out was effortless. The restaurant menu was pretty basic but the service was good.The deluxe room was spacious and clean, although there was no hot water the entire stay.Its located within walking distance to many shops and stores with the police station directly across the street from the hotel.

For our one night stay in the hotel we sleep good. quiet and clean but the building looks so old. The service is very good except for the restaurant. They served long time. Online booking is expensive than walk-in price. The location is very accessible easy to search

The place was well situated within the city of Mandaue.The staff are friendly and accommodating.The food is great.

Never like when people list the good and end with the bad. So Ill do the opposite by listing the bad first. The problem I had with this place was the bugs. Make sure you dont leave any food or drinks out otherwise the bugs will come out. The towels and sheets were dated and could get renewed. The good things I liked was the pool was large and clean, the food here was good, and the service and staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall would stay again.

Location is good. Great location with easy access to public transportation. The hotel is located in from of the Police Station is its very safe. ITS A RIP OFF. I did not hear any noise from outside the building. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.

Interestingly, the hotel looks old which gives its classic look, but dont judge them by what you see. Its really beautiful inside and best part are the staff! Very accommodating!

Just ok. Met friend there for lunch. Very limited menu, higher than average prices. Food was just ok. Service was just ok. This is not a place I will go too very often.

We have a pleasant stay in this place. Its cheap because it only gives you the basics. For the price the hotel was excellent value with exceptional service. We ate out in the evenings although I did have a steak there on the last night and that was really good.

Very pleasant stay, Delux Rooms are clean comfortable and bright, lift makes it easy as no rooms on the ground floor, had a nice American breakfast while my wife enjoyed a Filipino breakfast. Good location close to malls etc.

What a treat to stay at this hotel full of traditional values. Always seemed to have more staff than guests to take care of your every need. The staffs are friendly and accomodating with our request. I would definately stay here again the next time we are in Bacolod City.

The hotel caters to their call center business and not their hotel or hotel guests. They dont seem to care if anyone stays as a hotel guest.

Das Personal war sehr nett und versuchte da zu helfen, wo sie konnten. Leider haben sie von touristischen Attraktionen nicht so die Ahnung und wussten nicht wie man wirklich dahin kommt.Das Zimmer war etwas älter eingerichtet, aber es war sauber!Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht so beim Essen. Es war für das, was man bekam, recht teuer und es ist uns nicht so bekommen...

A revamp of an old hotel. Its cheap, a bit far from the bustle of the city streets but it can be a nook for those needing a quiet place while dipping in their pool. YES... they have a pool.

Clean room. Had to change rooms to be able to connect to wifi. Rooms on street side very noisy. Hotel wanted additional P760 to move to non-noisy room that includes toothbrush and slippers.
