Very chill place to hangout with friends. I suggest you have cars coz this place is a little far from the main road in Bacolod. Has a wide carpark and serves locally brewed beer in big mugs! Very comfortable seating and has live bands performing almost everyday... Must try whenever youre in Bacolod!

This Bacolods indie bar has more to offer than you know. Indie bands, indie theatre orgs and indie arts are easily enjoyed with a little eccentric ambience. Aside from the negrense drinks, they actually brew their own beer and to top it all the food is really good. I recommend getting their famous dynamite sticks. Its more than enough to get you through a chill night at Tippys. Bistro owners can easily be seen at the premise which gives you assurance that everything is in place. The bistro is perfect if you just want to hangout and chill with your friends. All in all I think this is the best place to hangout in Bacolod!

We ordered for 4 x hungarian sausages with rice and egg but not only did we receive HALF sausages, there were no eggs as well! Such hustlers. False advertising

Its a good place to vhill. 3 cheese pizza was sooo good. The large Draft beer was huge and only cost 120php. Prices were reasonable and the band that plays every night gives an extra touch.

If you wanna try the hand crafted draft beer, you need to sit inside. Beer mugs are not allowed outside... The waiter told me its dangerous. Outside you only can oder the enormous beer towers where the beer gets warm after a while.... Hahaha, not right, the beer is already warm, even inside were you get served mugs.
