Though Expensive as 4900 its okie as long as the place is safe and Parked space Available.So let me start, the Receptionist, the Guard, the Attendant was Hospital, Caring and Accommodating. Willing to help and assist you well oriented to guess needs and can answer question direct and polite. Since Pandemic theres an issue of Alcohol and Mask which is good. Thumbs up!! With very catchy entrance fos sanitation..with free ballpen ahaha.. Then the Room was Clean and Neat, seems like a 5 Star Hotel to me. Full of everything you need from blower for Girls used, portable slippers, laundry bag if you need laundry and dry clean. With safe box, heater for drinking coffee which is good, can request water if needed as complementary drink was inside already served. Nice cable tv as the flat screen was wide. Nice lighting as too bright and have mellow light for lovers. With menu place in the table for ordering and some info for travellers/tourist spots very nice..Supplied by toiletries, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, even bath towels was nice and smooth..AC in the room was nice...CR had Bidet which is a good factor hahaha with hot and cold shower..very nice.. seem everything is ok in the room. Wifi is okie as we understand the slow connection with Globe as we are doing Restoration in the area (as this is our work)They have canteen ready and can served by ordered or can visit downstairs. With temporary loss of electricity they have stairs for you to go down and up.With swimming pool privilege of use and gym..very wide parking space seem we didnt used or try as we need to go back on track of our job on restoration of signal in the area.Breakfast was very good delivered in our room and served water. Very nice of that too. Staff were very great..it make me smile and nice place to stay.As for checking out and receiving brochure if the hotel and tourist spot in Legazpi City, this hotel is Highly Recommended to other looking for Leisure and a place like home to stay..I dont have bad experience in the Hotel but i didnt maximize the worth of stay as it was very late when we check in..even though it was nice experience for me.As a matter of fact tho very expensive for the room rates i wish they offer discount for Company or Coupon of amount of Stay or Package deals. I didnt know if all rate was the same as i dont see any tariff. May be next time ill visit again and stay in the hotel with my family..I hope they give discount hahahaLastThank you!! Newly opened just late last year, Marison Hotel is a welcome addition to the hotels and events venue in Legazpi City. The hotel staff are very courteous, warm and accommodating. The hotel offers a breath-taking view of Mayon Volcano. Perfect venue for business meetings and corporate events.

Nice place, hotel staff are friendly and courteous.Room is clean..Fast internet and no hassle to connet. Breakfast buffet is great..Cable tv connection needs improvement because some channels are snowy. I hope it will be a crystal clear cable tv next time. Hotel security is very good, using acces control to every floor reminds me the high tech company that I worked before..

Very friendly and accomodating staff. I had a very good sleep, woke up late in the morning. Their breakfast is pretty quite decent, but their coffee shop Sans Cafe has the best coffee and cake. Kudos Marison!

The hotel location is excellent. The only complaint I had was the very slow service in their restaurant. We had a family dinner, for 10 persons with 3 children. Our mains were not served all at the same time. While the others have finished eating we still have to continuously follow-up the rest the order. The kids even had fallen asleep waiting for their orders to be served. The breakfast buffet has got lots of choices but they are not replenished instantly. Overall my Mom had a great stay in this hotel & will surely stay here again & recommend to friends.

This hotel looks simple on the outside but when you enter the hotel it is not what you expect. A grand hotel that can compete with The Oriental Hotel. They have a Large Function room that can accomodate large parties, the Largest in all the hotels in Legazpi City. They also have a Bar in the roofdeck which is also first in the city. The room rates, packages, food and drinks are not that expensive. A great place to held your parties and special occasions. They also offer tasty meals

The interiors of this hotel is okay. Lounge looks good. Coffee is good, AC are great and gets really cold since its new. its a small hotel. Rooms arent that spacious its just enough. Kinda have a similarity with Go hotels.

The hotel is clean, secure, spacious, and the food is great. What made it excellent was the assistance we received when my roommate friend had an emergency. At 3am, while searching through her luggage, she felt dizzy, slipped on the floor, and hit her head. She was immediately brought to the nearest hospital by the hotel. The ER staff at UST-Legaspi Hospital was also quick and efficient. We were back to the hotel by 5:30am, just in time for breakfast. The hotel provided us all the service we needed. I would like to cite the helpfulness of the airport van driver when I was at a loss where to buy medicines. If all hotels were like Marison, I would not hesitate to travel often. Thank you, Marison Hotel, for attending to every detail during our stay.

AVOID staying in this hotel if you do not want to be accused of stealing hotel items like towels and teaspoons without you doing it and be cheated out of your own pocket!!!or if you can not avoid staying there, protect yourself by:1. not using credit card to hold your deposits.2. Make it a point than when entering the room for the first time, ask a staff to make an inventory of the items inside and affix your signature to the document including the signature of the staff who dd the inventory and a signature of your witness (if you are traveling alone document the process with photos. And do the same upon checking out before you left the room with your bags. It is cumbersome but it is for the protection of your reputation and your wallet.Best still AVOID STAYING THERE!! It happened to some people in our group for two consecutive times of stay... it could happen to you...

Checked in hotel services are delayed internet is unstable(on and off). Hope this will improve soon. With prices in the A to A+ should be at par with service. Sleeping is easy the rest should be customer satisfaction.

My first-impression was that this shouldnt be a 3-star hotel, I expected it to be higher! I really appreciate that they have a pool and gym. Although honestly, I wanted the gym to have a later closing than 8pm since I like working out in the evening. The amenities are good, the aura is nice, the rooms are comfortable.I would love to check-in here again.Overall, I highly recommend this place!P.S. Had breakfast today (Il Morso) and was really satisfied!

The place is very accessible, had decent parking area and we loved the massage right outside of the hotel. The best Signature massage of all time! Breakfast was amazing too because of the coffee machine you had! We had a peaceful sleep and great stay at Marison. Would consider again staying there next time we visit Bicol.

New hotel in Legazpi City; reception said it was opened in October 2018. Modern and pleasing interior design. Clean spacious room; bed was very comfortable. Wifi was great. The only downside in the room was the leaking wall between the bathroom and the toilet (water proofing issue, i think), making the toilet floor very wet. However, the recovery service was prompt and the situation was arrested (though not 100%). Compliments to the staff - very friendly, sincere and always smiling. Breakfast buffet spread was good; dinner tasted great but was surprised by the rather small serving. Will definitely stay there again for my next trip.

New facilities and clean. Rooms are small though, not enough lighting and space (for my toiletries) to apply my makeup. Staff welcoming and always eager to help. Hotel has no laundry service but the front desk staff offered to have my laundry done somewhere. Breakfast is excellent- has a good spread. Swimming pool is very clean. Happy with my stay here.

Very clean everywhere and all hotel employees are very kind. Specially can see Myon volcano at rooftop ... Was very nice. I am strongly recommend this hotel if you have chance to visit Legazpi Philippines...

The minute you step into the Morison hotel, you feel at home. The whole staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was serene. The hotel itself was very clean. The breakfast had very good selections. Keep it up Morison. I shall return. ️

Great location, only a few minutes drive to a shopping center.Service is amazing from the moment you drive into the property until the time you leave. Every person you encounter is incredibly polite and helpful.We stayed in a deluxe king room and it was incredibly nice and comfortable.One of the best thing about the hotel was their restaurants. The ribeye was amazing!! and their coffee too! What a wonderful surprise!

Nice ambiance. Though if you want to book a venue for an event, you need to specify for WIFI use, cause they charge separately for it. Other venues provide it automatically for free.

So far it is the best hotel in town. It is a new property so it still smell fresh . The staff are great very attentive and eager to please. Kudos to the bell man who went above and beyond by getting us Penoy Eggs and not balut . From the front desk to bell man and housekeeping all try to pay attention to detail. The internet connection fell short of expectation. The surrounding areas is underdeveloped so dont expect much but 10 minutes taxi or tricycle ride you be in SM Legazpi (a major shopping center). Staff and service: 5 stars all the way.Food: 3.5 stars could be 4 stars if they will tone down the saltiness of their food.Internet: Well 2 stars...good thing I am not on business trip or I will really be unhappy with the choppy service. Overall it is a GREAT experience. At the end of the day if the staff deliver great service...any minor misgiving is forgivable .

It is a newer hotel and therefore the amenities are still newer.The pool is under maintenance and that was communicated by the front desk beforehand.The fact that I am going back to stay for another night before flying back to Manila is a good sign

Brand new hotel near the airport. Staff is very friendly and attentive (with a special shout out to Camile from the restaurant). Room was clean and well appointed. WiFi is free, and reasonably fast (6.54 down, 9.76 up). Breakfast buffet selection skews towards Filipino food, but made to order omeletts and pancakes are available. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Note: the upper deck was still under construction during our stay.

Defective floor drain at the shower area. Staff not coordinated with each other resulting to missing items in the room accusing their guests. Food at the resto was great. With nice Roof Deck viewing area especially at night.

Clean and comfy

The hotel is new, the staff try hard but don’t seem to get it right.

We stayed from june 25-28, 2019 in a suite room.The staff are all accommodating. However, no signal for TV and intermittent wifi connection. We personnaly ordered food (rosemary chicken with rice) and asked if it can be delivered to our room. We agree for an additional 10% service fee but when the food arrived, it was a salmon in a tartar sauce and rice. Although it was more expensive than what we originally ordered, we accepted the food so that we could satisfy our hunger. When we are about to check out (morning of June 28) they advised us that they will just packed our breakfast, it came to our surprised that our packed breakfast is just three (3) pieces of dinner rolls!We paid 7k a night and stayed at a suite room. We do not deserved this kind of services from the hotel. Its not what our money worth!

Praise the lord that I choose Marison hotel for my stay in Legaspi . My mom and I stayed in your hotel for 2 days and the place is great ! Very clean and a should be rated above other hotels . The staff are very cordial, helpful and accommodating . They went above and beyond the service expected of them ! I commend in particular , Iya and Jess for helping me and my mom during an emergency ! You guys are great and deserve the highest compliments . I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Legaspi

Friendly staff. I recommend this place for those who wish to visit and stay in Albay for a couple of days. Free shuttle service to the airport which is like a 10-minute drive away.

The property was in a great location, very clean and it had an Airport shuttle but the property was under some the of renovation which was occurring throughout the day and night so couldn’t get much sleep

The Marison Hotel is one of the best in Bicol. You feel at home with lovely staff of all ranks. The hotel is very pleasant in both building and interior design. The food is fantastic in two speciality restaurants. The Italian restaurant is great and so is the Sans coffee shop. Prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. The swimming pool is good and clean. However, the pool towels are small, rubbery and non absorbant. Such towels are suitable for washing cars.I can not fault the hotel in any of its excellent condition and great services. Love to stay there in the near future. Remedios Dayto and family

I was very pleasantly impressed with the standards of this hotel. The hotel scent was really good. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selections were pretty much good. They have bicol express, laing, and even sauteed dilis! Although we were a rather large group, nothing was too much of a hassle. Well done to the management and staff.

The hotel is located not far from the airport, probably the biggest and newest hotel in Legazpi city. I will surely recommend this hotel, simple but elegant. Good ambiance, perfect coffee, friendly service, nice selections of complimentary breakfast, they also offer italian cuisine in the same place during lunch and dinner (ala carte). Hotel is still in soft opening, there are some areas for improvements, but surely is the best hotel in town.

Visited the hotel this afternoon to inquire about a venue for my moms 100th bday. I asked d guy at Front Desk for their sales ofc. Instead of directing me to it, he was already asking me a lot of questions (kind of interrogating me) which undoubtedly are the same questions d sales staff will ask...taking a lot of my time and energy. Only when I insisted that I be endorsed na to Sales that he said he had to check first if theyre available. I could hear him saying medyo..., maybe warning that am getting irritated already. Am not really sure what he said but that when he got back to me, he told me their Sales staff are all busy and cant attend to me. There are 3 of them he said, but not even one can spare a few minutes? When I asked when I could talk to them, the guy told me to check next week!! Hello!!!What kind of sales people do u have, Marison Hotel? I was not soliciting; I was there for business reasons. I dont know if the mgt is aware of this kind of behavior their staff have, unless its their SOP. From Front Desk to Sales... so unprofessional, so insulting. More seminars on sales, Customer Service and HR needed. Not worth patronizing..

Checked in at Marison from March 23 to March 25, 2019 and it was a very good experience for us - accommodating staff, courteous and friendly waiters, bellboys, security guards; a satisfying bfast buffet selection; a clean and spacious room, with very good WIFI, cable tv, powerful A/C, and toilet with bidet; and best of all , our room has a very nice view of Mayon Volcano. The roof deck at the 4th floor also provides a stunning view of Mt. Mayon. There is no need to leave the hotel to photograph Mayon in its majestic splendor. The hotel is also on the same street with SM Legazpi so you can take a trike and swing by SMs where a variety of restaurants could cater to your gustatory cravings. This hotel is highly recommended!

Its a new hotel.. Ambience of the restaurant is nice ala carte is also good but the buffet i cant recomend. The price is really high wd the foods they serve. Its not really Italian. No fresh juices only 1 kind of cheese, no bread wdout sugar which is typical of italian, only grapes, mango & water melon fresh fruits, foods are already cold. Nobody check if there are no more food serve you just get what is left. The staff are polite & accomodating. They have a good parking area. They must not say they serve italian food its really far from italian food.
