Okay yung venue for graduation ceremony or seminars kasi malawak and maganda. But yung entrance for venue is masikip like dun napasok both people and cars. Imagine pag maraming tao papasok tapos may sasakyan din na papasok. Maam/Sir tabi po muna kayo. - Guard. And nakalapit ka na sa wall HAHAHAHA

Ok naman siya just to sleep overnight, pero sa level ng HOTELS, interiors and facilities di ako natuwa., masyadong Mahal ung Accomodation niya at walang elevator. Pero ung Convention Hall nila, ,.

At the day of the seminar, the venue was in use so we had to transfer to an alternative room and the airconditioning is not functional. It was as if there is none. The sound is not that good. It only became better when we transfered to the Pavillion. The wifi is strong though. For food, it was okay. It was funny though, one server got out drinks (we havent drank from it yet) and didnt even asked us if we are done with it. The others did though. I think they should train and orient their staff too. The hotel is also near the city center so you are just a jeep or tricycle away and you can explore the city.

Older Hotel but staff are nice . Close to the malls and in the city center. I just did t like the extra bed without the cover and the toilet will not really Glas. But I have to flash it few time. Breakfast is pretty basic. Follow me on IG for more travel pics @adenawilson.ph

Cheaper than the most cheaper hotels. So old, no elevator, poor airconditioned, so expensive, poor customer service, and with low privacy upon arriving the premises. Very dissappointed and frustrated.

Good service down side no elevator

I stayed in the hotel for a week. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor but the hotel doesnt have an elevator which was really frustrating. Everything in the bathroom was Old and looked worn out or broken. I also used the hotels convention hall which was spacious and still looked quite new.

The hotel offers scrumptious food and the staff are highly accommodating. 4/5 because I think the rooms could use some refurbish. Casablanca is one of Bicols best!

Place is reminiscent of the movie Casablanca - it looks and smells old, like a ghost will pop out somewhere anytime! Hahaha! Its staff though are trying hard to be nice.

Old and worn out. Casablanca Suites is way, way better.

POOR SERVICE. We used their function/ballroom as venue for wedding reception. The main dishes were good. But the dessert was spoiled and we asked them to recall the buko pandan. We wanted to talk to their manager but the waiters said he/she was out of the country. We asked for their OIC but they said he/she already went home. They said they were asked to serve dinner at 5:30pm but the program started late and dinner started at 7pm. Too many alibis. An apology would have been good enough. Also the waiters were not in uniform. And the floor carpet was not placed well and was prone to tripping. And also the waiters were waiting for the groom and bride to arrive before serving the pica-pica, we had to tell them to serve already, we introduced ourserlves as family of the groom, still they did not move, so we just announced to the guests that the pica-pica is ready at the buffet table.

This place is open for any occasion.

Mt. Mayon view from the fire exit. With water heater. With shuttle service but they didnt offered it unless you ask. With bar, again you should ask. LolNo elevator. No water dispenser. Old bedsheets and towels. No pool! Uncourteous employees. Creepy hallways and stairs.Paid 1250 per day for standard room, its so not worth it! Not lease make some major improvements!

Room is so dusty. The air-conditioning is barely cold. Shower needs a serious upgrade. Couldnt even provide extra towels.
