Chicken not well done. When I informed management, they just re-fried the chicken making it very crispy and oily. Very disgusting. In other resto, it should have been replaced with new one. Just this afternoon, I ordered vegetable salad but I have to wait forever. Most of customers who arrived after me had their orders but mine was not available until after I requested refund. In fairness, they expedited my refund.

It’s our first time in Legazpi and for some reason, things close at around 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM but we were in the mood for a late lunch. Good thing BIGGS is open allll theee time. Great experience, good food, great service.

We came here for breakfast. Had the longganisang hubad silog and country style breakfast. We also ordered their coffee and hot choco. Food was fairly good. Servings were also good. Service not that great though. We had to wait for our order to be completed. We were halfway through our meal when our coffee and hot choco arrived. Also, had to wait until the end of the meal to be served with water.

The foods are good. I like the ribs. The carbonara is not that good though. The facility is comfy(chairs and table) except for the lack of good airconditiong system. The place is also instagrammable for their designs.

Biggs is bicolanos take on fast food chains. Their menu highlights local dishes such as laing and bicol express. Their portions are quite big, hence, the name and the price (just a little bit expensive). I always go for baby back ribs, korean spareribs, kebab and breakfast tocino. A good place for family. Take your visiting friends here. Theyll surely like it.

For me, Biggs diner is one of Bicols pride. The foods are really good. I recommend this restaurant. My family and I are frequent here. I really love their ice tea made of real tea.

Retro and cool at the same time!They get the chicken right all the time (not so salty,crunchy and the right amount of juicy). But im not a fan of their overpriced drinks, note that other branches retail for nearly HALF of what theyre selling it for, so better bring your own drink instead.

A go-to place if you want a hearty meal. My favorites are their goto and berries cheese cake.

Me and my wife came to dine in at Biggs old albay branch around 1am on the 4th of January 2020.We were served at the counter by a certain Mark Anthony Aringo.Upon ordering I changed my order but I saw Mr.Aringo made a face rendering me a bit irritated because he was very arrogant so I left and had my wife finish our order.Please tell tour staff to be professional especially if their customers are bery respectful towards them.I understand that its a tiring job because I have worked in such establishements back them but I was taught properly to be very polite to customers no matter what.Please train your crew properly towards roper customer service

The oldest Biggs store in Legazpi City. Always a classic source of great American food served deliciously filling in BIG sizes. And this outlet is open 24 hours so you can drop by even in the wee hours of the morning or after a late night walk around the city when you suddenly have that craving for great food! Dont forget to look around as I may just be here too. I wouldnt care saying hi or having a chit chat with someone or even a gang into great American food! If one likes to try Bicolano delicacies, they also have a select few of them, and in BIG sizes too!

We used to go here with a big group when I was still a kid so I had a lot of wonderful memories in this place. Will always go here when I want to experience a bit of nostalgia. The food is great, too!

Good place to eat but dont order the breakfast slam, its not worth it.

Ate lunch here with relatives at around 12 NN - 1 PM. The only problems we encountered was that around this time was that there wasnt enough seating, their party/conference(?) room was offered to us but it smelled weird? So we just opted to wait for a vacant table downstairs. The food serving time was quicker than expected, and we ordered a lot, not just chicken. Minor inconvenience was that the amount of utensils given to our table was not enough, lacking one spoon. We tried to get their attention for about a minute and they were quick to give what was missing. I myself had Korean spare ribs, which was pretty delicious although not evenly cooked all the way through. Their kimchi side dish could use a bit more improvement, it was not spicy at all. (Or maybe I just have a high tolerance?) Overall a pretty nice visit. :D

It became the best to the worst ever! They just served me cold food that ive just paid for ₱205! And tinatarayan pa ako ng waiter dito kasi nagreklamo ako! Ive just experienced the worst service ever! Dont come here, its not worth it!

Ive always been a fan.. since Mang Donalds days. Love the spag and chicken!

I like their fried chicken and kebab. Most of their foods are great. Their iced tea is one of the best. I also like their hot chocolate, its flavor is very rich and not artificial. Sometimes I dine here because they have the fastest internet connection in the block. But sometimes service is poor during peak hours. So you have to follow-up your order to make sure you wont wait forever.

I returned today and my wife called 30 minutes beforehand to order take out for my daughter to bring to Manila by plane from Legazpi. When we arrived, the order was not prepared, had to wait 20 minutes. AWFUL customer service.

I would like to give a KUDOS to the manager CURLY. She has a lot of patience in her that a manager should always possess. We dined in at arouns 8PM and presumed that they are understaffed after putting a trainee at the counter. This resulted to messed up orders but CURLY patiently went table by table to have the orders correcres. She went back and forth to our table to attend to our needs and she managed to compose herself inspite of the long shift day.Suggestion: The management needs to update their database to remove phased out items on the menu to avoid confusion.

Go eat at Biggs Diner but go to their branch in Ayala Mall where the service is great and the portions are bigger. The service here was very slow and the portions are noticeably small. The place is also cramped and parking is a problem.

It was a happy but starving Saturday evening for me and I decided to dine here. After ordering and patiently wait for my food, I realized my table is across the air cooler and Im feeling really cold. When my food arrived, I asked the service crew if I can transfer to a different table away from the air cooler and all she did is ask me if my order is complete and eager to grab the table number so she can leave. I ask again and she said Yes, is your order complete?And thats it.She served my food, grabbed my table number, left and started cleaning other tables, never bother to ask if I still want to transfer to another table.Here are my concerns:1. She didnt even fake a smile while serving my food.2. She talked condescendingly to a customer and didnt address the concern (which happens to be part of the job) I would try to understand that its evening and she must have had a long day already but being rude to a customer is, I believe, not necessary.3. I did not order juice or soda and only ask for water but it was never served. Nobody even bother to ask if I would love to have a glass of one. Yes, I know that waiting for your food could be a bit longer because Biggs Diner is not a fastfood restau but it is a better reason that customer should be taken cared of.4. I expect that your service crew could have been as welcoming as the ladies on the counter. They really have big smiles and it is so nice.Biggs Diner has been serving good food since 1983. Dont let unwelcoming, rude and condescending service crews give Biggs Diner a bad name.Im gonna leave now. Go home and drink some water.(shaking my head)I will still dine here next time. Slow service, but food expected good same as their other branches in bicol. Hope to find branches in manila and other provinces and cities in Philippines. I like their interior theme. Bringing you back in old days that i may have not been born yet. Food are nice and good! My fsvorite are cajun amd baby back ribbs. Never seen same theme and i can say its unique.. FREE WIFI AS WELL. Talking in this branch, its old and ceiling in second floor diner is small an l its not spacious. I think they need to upgradr or something. But talking about food. I prefer eating here than in mcdonalds.

Open 24 hours and conveniently near Peñaranda Park. Clean dining area, well maintained, sufficient airconditioning. Nice and fast customer service when we went here during the Magayon festival.

Loved the food especially their Beef Salpicao with extra souce and sili ( usually served i hotplates but I order as rice toppings in a bowl to retain the souce longer.)

Known for their tasty burgers... its also offers baby back ribs! This branch is open 24 hours. I recommend bangus for breakfast and baby back ribs for lunch or dinner. Their tapa is sweet and lacks taste. Much better ang tapa ng Jollibee.
