In line with the pandemic, they are complying with all the safety protocols. About the dining experience, not that good and not that bad, a staff spilled my iced tea at the counter. As for food, it was delicious but the serving I think is not worth the price. I paid Php. 199.00 for this platter (it does not include your drink yet) and you can see that the serving is not that much.

From appetizers to main course to their desserts and salads. Im just loving their sets of menu. If your on diet, wanna taste some international cuisine or just craving for sweets this is the place you should go.

The staff is so accommodating good ambiance of store. Foods are totally amazing. Also the guto that they serve is so yummy. Breakfast also is completely give you the satisfaction.

Good food! First time to visit this place, and it didnt disappoint. Tried their extreme burger and it sure was delicious. Would come back and visit other branches. I do suggest better service training for the restaurant staff though so it can be beneficial to everyone.

They have the best burger here in Albay. Worth the price. As you can see in the picture, the burger is big and juicy. If you want to eat in Biggs Diner, go in Albay or Daraga branch. Mall branches serves little, you might get disappointed. They also serve meals with rice and pizza in some other branches.

We took lunch at Biggs Daraga branch before going to a resort. The food was good and you get value for money. It is actaully a fastfood resto that is well known in the bicol region. There are a lot of choices to choose from. When you get a chance to try dining in bicol, try Biggs.

You have huge selections of food here. This was my first time trying out Biggs Diner but the quality of the food sans the price was bang for the buck. Will try out other Biggs branches as well.

I like their fried chicken in different flavors. But the classic one is my favorite. Their kebab (barbeque) is also a must try. Of all the Biggs in Albay, this branch is the only one where you can watch live games like NBA and boxing. I usually watch it here while I enjoy their delicious own blend Iced tea.

Good food and service crew. They have varieties of food you can choose from: Salads, cakes, meat, chicken, local dish, etc. My favorite meals are salisbury steak, tenderloin tips, beef salpicao.

The good thing about this diner is it both serve rice meals and burgers. So you have options specially if you are on a hurry and hungry. They also have value meal as low as Php69.

Yes i love this biggys! The chicken are very big. And it is very affordable! The taste is 8/10 aroma and everything. All in all it is very good

We had a bad experience on this store. The cashier was not really paying attention to what we ordered. A simple sorry will suffice. Instead of saying sorry she even said that the food will be charged to her once it was already prepared. We were willing to pay more to get what we ordered. We even pointed the salad to her while ordering it on the counter. Nonetheless i believe it was overheard by the Manager as we were eventually given the food that we ordered after we have complained to the server. We were very disappointed. We refused to receive the salad and just left the store. Customer Service really goes a long way!

Affordable price for a great quality non-fast food healthy legit and sumptuous meal.As of this writing somewhere 100-200 for an average meal. The most expensive choice would cost less tham 400 php.Ambience is somewhere more rugged than a restaurant, but also more formal than a fast-food.Usually provides adequate parking but not very spacious. Others:Retro-themed which is nice, staff are courteous, comfort room is clean with just the usual amenities. Most branches offer 24H service. Orders arrive faster than a restaurant but slower than a fast food, always remember, it is NOT a fast food.

Not well maintained. When i visited this diner yesterday, nov.2, 7.30am, beggars can go in and out to ask for money from customers. And no one from the crew is doing anything about it. And theres no security guard whatsoever. Its so disappointing... and unappetizing....

Dreadful place selling the usual deadbeat tucker. Just awful. Walked in looked at the menu and walked out. Would rather not eat then eat there. Place is jaded, menu is weak, and have serious competition from the bee next door

Its a decent Bicol-based fastfood resto. Their fried chicken meals are recommended. It also has that 1950s American café.

They served good food, nice ambiance

The last experience I had here was om 2016 where I finished up my meal in 10 minutes and sat there playing mobile phone and I was asked to order again because it seems that 15 minutes of being there is over staying. According to the manager. Now it turned out that it really isnt. I am just wearing shorts and a shirt there. The manager is so discriminatory. The manager insinuated that I have to go if I wont order another meal anymore. But the othe aspects are great. Respectful employees, great food. The interior design is autjentic. But I cant rate it higher just because it is all great. What is the point of rating it higher if you wont be there any longer than 15 minutes to appreciate.

Good food, good ambience. Slightly pricey

We came in for breakfast after mass with a host of 15-20+ people. A server took our order. All was well until my cousin pointed out how her familys food took too long to be served.while several of our other orders got mixed up. The manager, stressed and probably unaccustomed to a spike of customers on her shift, lost her cool and screamed behind the counter addressing my cousin how her familys order wasnt even recorded. I think the whole crew couldnt handle the change in routine as usually they would take orders via the counter instead of a waiter taking notes on customer orders. Still, not an excuse for a manager to animatedly lose composure. Later we asked for straws for our drinks, but were told that plastics are prohibited in this area of town. Ok fair enough. Only that when our meals were served, they came with, you guessed it, plastic spoon forks and knives. Good job, guys

I grew up eating at Biggs. Now Im older, I tend to gravitate towards it. Korean Spareribs is usually my go to order. Pricing isnt affordable. I dont mind as long as they can retain the quality.

Delicious foods a little bit expensive than our usual fast food chains but the menus are great, for me their fried chicken are 4 times or 5 times better than JBee or McDo haha....i highly recommend their cajun chicken so yummy..PS. Just hoping they could give a discount on my next dine in coz i gave them this awesome review haha

Food here is not so special. But the place is big but not cozy. I cannot recommend it for foriegn visitors because they dont have what they want. If you are looking for schnitzel or cordon blue this is not the place for you.
