Pls be informed that if oorder kayo ng take out, sa cashier pa lang humingi na kayo ng spoon and fork. As we experience yesterday afternoon, syempre pag magtatake out expected mo may spoon and fork,so nung kakain na kami sa kotse since pandemic syempre mas maganda na sa kotse kumain kaysa mag dine in napansin namin kulang yung gamit so ang ginawa ko pumasok ako sa store dala ko resibo and i ask those crew na nasa claiming portion nicely about sa spoon and fork. But instead of just saying sorry kasi nga may kulang tinarayan pa ako nung chubby na crew saying na Maam next time sa cashier pa lang humingi na kayo ng spoon and fork kasi may memo kami na pag di humingi si costumer hindi kami maglalagay so pakarininig ko nung sinabi nya tinanong ko sila may naka paskil ba na memo doon sa cashier nyo about that? Then she replied na wala po maam kasi kakababa pa lang nung memo! So ako parang nainis ako kasi how would we know na may memo if in the first place wala namang nakalagay right? And pinost din ba sana nila sa social media para marami nakakaalam.and if ever naman sna si cahier naman sana nagtanong na if kailangan namin ng spoon and fork,kasi syempre fastfood ka nga di ba aasa yung costumer na makukuha mo agad yung pagkain mo na ma ilis at ready to eat na kaya ka di nag restaurant di ba?. So ending nakuha ko naman yung kailangan ko but na mas mabilis sana if binigyan na lang ako agad kasi kaya nga ako bumalik kasi kailangan namin fi ba? Pero next time di na kami sa branch na to bibili.

Place is good. There were comfy chairs, tables...but the utensils were not washed as it should be. May mga kanin kanin pang tumigas sa mga kutsarat tinidor. Hindi rin gaanong mainit yung linalagyan na pang sterilize. Yung branch ay may reader ng happyplus card pero nung pagorder namin hindi raw pwede kasi magpapalit na ng magsusupervise ng 12 am. Its about 11:30 pm kamk nagorder nung nabagot kami sa banda na natugtog sa Park nung Magayon Festival. Humingi na lang kami ng plastic spoons and fork. A plus for them because they filled my tumbler with water to drink which most restaurants always do. Also, theyre open for 24 hours which is a go go for me.

Yung ang haba ng pila ng mga sasakyan sa labas ng Jollibee tapos ang konti ang laman ng soup pati manok nagkasakit na ata dahil lumiit bigla kaya nga bumibili kami kahit mahal na dahil masarap ang pagkain ninyo pero yung quality and quantity teka medyo nakisama rin ang konti na sana naman dagdagan ninyo kasi nag babayad kami ng tama

I visit this branch for drive thru purpose only. I dont normally dine in fastfood joints unless i am with my son. Their drive thru is fast and efficient.

Poor service. Not so courteous staffs, start with the guard. Mechanized robot like staffs, always in a hurry. Has no personal touch.

Food service was tooooooo slow. Incomplete orders when served. Soooooo disappointing.

I ordered in drive thru. 3 buckets of 8pcs chickenjoy, with a request that 1 bucket coslnsist of all legs. The cashier told me to wait for 20 minutes coz of our request. Sadly they gave me 3 buckets with not even 1 chicken leg when i checked at home. I was calling but there were no answer.

A nice and wide place, good for small group meetings with a wide parking space, usually there is a wait here, so as it is near school premises.

Very dissapointing!!!we wwnt to jollibee drive through, among our orders is 3 peach mango pies to go, unfortunately there was none ready so they had to prepare it, they asked us to wait for 10 mins. so we did in their waiting area. its been more than 15 mins already but still it didnt came, so my husband went to the counter to make a follow up on our order. the supervisor said it was not prepared and offer choco mallow pies instead. we wanted peach mango so he declined, they asked us if we are willing to wait or a refund. What disappointed us most aside from the poor service is that they didnt even offer a simple sorry...

Service is low and they get orders wrong. They also forgot to give utencils in my take out. It needs to improve more on the service section. Its suppose yo be fast food but it wasnt fast at all. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for my order that was already there and was only waiting to be put in my tray.i also asked the staff hack even the manager but they just ignored me and my sister. I alos dont like the fact that the casheir handelling us was usingbher phone while working

Bad Delivery Service.1. Sometimes doesnt respond to my delivery texts at all, they just ignore it.2. When they do respond, after 1 or 2 hours when i sent my text.3. When they deliver, they forget 1 or 2 items that i ordered. And they dont give you the common courtesy to apologize and send the food they forgot to bring.
