The crew including the guard (except for one new male crew) are friendly and accommodating. They recognize regular customers and treat the special. It helps that some supervisors rose from the ranks from other Las Pinas branches I frequented before. It helps too that the branch is company owned as it strictly follows company policies and procedures, as it has more at stake, unlike franchisee-owned branches.

There is something strange on their sundae. Hopefully they can fix this as it taste really awful. I wish I wont get stomach ache after consuming this :(. Its different on other branches

Clean and properly implemented the covid 19 safety procedure

One of the worst branches of Jollibee. I am eating with Jollibee a lot and for this it has been 5x that I have experienced bad service. Manager even dont care. I do not recommend this branch.

The crew were fast and efficient but I have a minor conflict on their drive thru station. Yes, they were fast at orders but I didnt really have the say on my orders. For example, I would order a sundae. Theyd ask if it was chocolate or halo- halo. Id say chocolate but that I dont have a chance to say that they should put a minor amount of it into the ice cream. Theyd just take it then leave. They dont really listen more of what the customers want. But thats all. Its just a minor problem that needs improvement. All in all, their crew is great.

They open early enough for breakfast the place is clean and the staff are good.

Good and fast service. Never too full here at lunch time.
