Good location, peaceful and clean as it is new hotel, each room has outdoor view.

Location for the airport was good. Staff were welcoming, the hotel was presentable and clean. We were a bit disappointed that on arrival we had to pay for an upgrade to our room. I had booked a family room and clearly stated in my booking we were 6 people. They took us up to the room and only then did we realise it was only for 4. Why this issue could not have been identified earlier I don’t know. The larger family was fine but had only one tiny window in the stairwell.

Mella hotel is a budding hotel in Las Pinas City. Very nice function hall and classy ambiance. Perfect for holding an event.

The place is as nice as how much you paid for. Not really a budget hotel if youre looking to bust your bank then this is the place for you.

This Hotel has many pros/cons. Pros: 1)Extremely clean 2)Exceptionally Friendly/Helpful staff 3)Nice breakfast in lobby. 4)Nice pool except on Sat/Sun morning when the pool is overly crowded with children. During the week, it’s very pleasant. 5) Excellent WiFi. Cons: Hotel Management is horrible/terrible! We stayed here for 10 nights and it was during the week we were getting married, yet I’ve never stayed at a Hotel anywhere in the world that was more unappreciative of its customers and as petty as the Melle Hotel! Officially, this is a 3.5 star hotel, but they think they’re a 5 star establishment with the disdain shown towards their customers. It’s mostly locals who stay here and maybe that’s why it’s customers tolerate their rude policies. They don’t know or understand a thing about the hospitality industry. Examples: They required a 4,000 peso room deposit in cash (even though we pre-paid for 10 nights) They would’t accept a Visa Credit card. Lost our reservation too. Won’t return.

We’ve tried many hotels in Manila in many years we travel back and forth for vacation but I say this is the best hotel by far and worth come back to. Coz we never go back to the same hotel... never. Mella Hotel will be our home in the future. Best location, best service, all the staff are polite and will give you extra miles to serve you. Breakfast Buffet is a winner, the room rates are excellent. A five star rating doesn’t give much justice. You need to experience it.—- Pete n Conn

More fancy than functional, but very good overall. Filipino breakfast, so if you are looking for international food, you will be disappointed. But the breakfast was fine.The lobby is big and the concierge/bellmen were nice. No snags or missed room bookings was good.

Clean rooms and polite hotel staff.. I would strongly recommend to my friends in Las Pinas/ Paranaque area..

Great hotel. Service was great. But until its more built up in the surrounding areas you are pretty isolated away from much of the hustle and bustle of Manila.

We are used to going there for their buffet. It is Filipino food of the best quality and at a fair price. You can learn here what Filipino cuisine really means.

Check in service takes 45 mins even there was no queue. Breakfast and dinner options are limited. The Chef must have tasting disorder as all dishes are beyond salty. Dishes are limited and likely the hotel is catered more for local holidays maker. Definitely not for business and international travellers. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only good thing I can comment

New hotel, nice smelling rooms. Enjoyed the workout at their gym and clean water at their swimming pool. Very friendly, accomodating staff. Great tasting burger and pesto pasta at their resto at the lobby. Ample parking space for guests. Only short walking distance to fastfood restos, drugstore, grocery, convenience store, church, restobar(Havanna Club).

Only room that was left was twin bed bedroom at a cost of $250 one night. It wasnt worth it. Noisy, nosy customers.
