Apat na cashier. Isa lang ang may tao. Petmalu! Pinakamakupad na Mcdo na naorderan ko ng pagkain. Antagal namin nakapila, as in, tas naka ilang ulet pa ang cashier ng pag take ng order ko (name ng cashier is Ian, chubby na laging nakasambakol ang mukha.) yung manager nilang blondie ang buhok, obvious na nanggagalaiti na dahil ang dami na talagang tao. yung cashier ko, paulet ulet ulet siya kakatanong dahil nagipon ipon na sa gilid yung mga nauna sakin na nagagalit na at kinukulit na siya kung bakit ang tagal dumating ng order. Ginaya kasi nila yung style ng KFC na ordering na lang yung cashier pero wala naman silang area for releasing ng food, so dun ka lang din sa gilid ng cashier maghihintay.Tapos yung rice nila, grabeeeee ang tigas, ewan ko ba, kung undercooked yun o NFA rice. I have pic for proof ng tuyot nilang rice. Grabeeeee.

Mas naging maganda sa mata ang dating palengke. Very convenient to shop. ^_^

Bumili at nagbayad ako for Cheesey Eggdesal with Sausage (Drive Thru) pero walang sausage yung binigay sakin.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. 4pm nag appear sa status na on the way na ung rider for delivery., tapos biglang tumawag yung store wala daw available lettuce. Ok sige. Then mag quarter to 5 na wala pa rin yung order namin. Haist!

Maybe because were still in lockdown, the drive-thru was a mess: lines running several cars up to the street, and the ordering and serving system fails. They got the cash of each cars only to give wrong receipts and changes. However, staff are quick to amend things.

First time my family tried the Chicken here. They like it...its different...the staff is good we got our order right away. It wasnt busy as I thought it would be...

This McDo is conveniently located at the center of LNC. It always has available parking. The place is clean, modern, and adequately illuminated. Crew are quick to serve.

This place is parent- friendly. It has a play place where the kids enjoy and meet new friends as well.

Friendly and accommodating crew

Much faster service compared to its competitors nearby. Parking almost always full on peak hours. Also not 24hrs.

Poor service specially their drive thru. It seems the food here is cook per order. You need to park your car and wait for mote than 15mins specially if you buy chicken product. Crew and Managers doesnt make any difference aside from their uniform. Also, many times I experience to receive wrong and missing items in the drive thru. Since I am in a hurry, I will discover it while I am driving already.

This is a new build store, so I think the crew needs more training especially on how to deal with the costumers and how to assemble the orders more faster. About the place, it was very nice and cool because of its physical arrangements.

The Philippines McDonald locations always beats the ones in US in terms of cleanliness and awesome service! keep it up MCDO PH TEAM!

I like to eat here whenever I am too lazy to cook at home. I just ride a shuttle from our place and I really enjoy the gravy station hehe. Nice design too (｡’▽’｡)♡

Only 1 cashier working, took 30 mins to take our order

Poor customer service. Dirty floor. When you get your order at the drive thru window, youll see other employees hiding, trying to avoid work and the worst is you can stare at them while in the middle of their chat like nobody cares about your food. Lastly, when you ask for a gravy refill along with other customers, containers are taken all at once and returns them at the counter altogether and you would not know which one is yours. Please do something bec this is the worst McDonalds Ive ever been at.
