Nagdrive thru ako sa anabu coastal branch nyo at kulang ang binigay nyong order walang rice yun isang 1-piece fully loaded meal na binili ko. Sana pakicheck mabuti ang orders bago nyo iserve ang hirap pag drive thru at nagmamadali.

Ang security nyo walang awa kng manakit ng walang kalaban laban na isang binatilyong lalake kaya pag sabhan nyo bago may makapuna sa kanya na ibang tao....

Sobrang bait ng mga staff... kain kau dun.

Worst itong KFC Anabu. Mali mali ang binibigay. Pag umorder ka ng meal na may soup, madalas wala yung soup. Biglang ina-upsize ang order ko na drinks kahit binilin ko na na regular size. Minsan nalilimutan ibigay yung kulang nilang items. Paalis na kami at lahat, kung hindi ko pa sinabi na wala pa yung fries na order ko baka hindi ko na nakuha. Kulang pa ang serving. Buti bukas na yung CHOWKING at BURGER KING sa tapat nila. Goodbye KFC Anabu. Sa ibang KFC na lang ako kakain.

This place is hell.. konti lang ang options and always unavailable karamihan sa menu , RUDE ang mga staff and madumi ang place. NEVER ever gonna eat here again.. =(

Would like to commend this particular KFC store for stepping up their game in ensuring public safety and cleanliness. Not only do they have plenty of hand sanitizers and alcohol positioned at the counter, but they also sanitize the floor, doors, chairs and tables every so often. The restrooms are clean. They also have soap and hand dryers. Service is fast, every KFC store now has a dedicated lane for Grab food so as not to overcrowd their ordering system... Of course, food is good just manage your expectations as this is a fast food. Parking is not a problem.

I ate several times on this particular branch and Im always experiencing same, awful service. Mind you, those dining experiences were from different times of the day. Menu is always limited. Gravy is always cold. Mushroom soup is always blant and too soupy. Dining area is always dirty.

Food arrived together, fries were hot.I hate it when your fries are served at the counter then you wait for your food at your table while your fries go cold. Are you listening Jolibee!

They renovated the place. Now its more roomy and cozy to eat. Drive thru service is good. And food preparation is better compared to their salitran branch. And the crew are all courteous and nice to talk to unlike at the salitran branch.

Sometimes its okay sometimes its not but still. Shot rice combo unli gravy is the best

The place is very accessible to the road and can accommodate maybe a hundred of people inside. The facilities are ok but I guess they should improve more on their service most specifically their front liners.

We went here to have a stop and our breakfast going to tagaytay. We ordered the chicken bucket here since we are 7 who ate here. The place was not so many people eating here. And the parking space here was huge.

Never order a delivery from this branch. It will take them an hour or more just to get it delivered. They dont follow suggestions when you order online and sometimes orders are incomplete when delivered. My latest experience was today, Mothers day, and I ordered before lunch and the delivery came 2 hours 24 mins late. No compensation for late delivery. My order was 1 mashed potato short, no utensils, and the delivery guy rushed out after I gave the payment. You can dine-in fine but never order here for delivery.

Just recently dined in. Was great to have a late dinner!

The place is very relaxing...you can eat alone or with the group...the staff are nice and accomodating..

The ambiance is nice. The view is good. It environment seems calm and relaxing. Same great food and a not so energetic crew. Just be careful on touching things. The restroom is clearly dirty. Broken urinal, missing mirror, no faucet, no water, metallic rust on hand rails, and so on - keep your hands off.

Just one of my favorite fried chicken. Also a nice place too.

Big free-standing structure, clean and quick service. Lots of parking. I had their breakfast pancakes, for P40 you get two small chocolate chip pancakes and coffee. The coffee tastes great and isnt stale or burned

It was good, no one was there during the time we ate. How did this happen? My GPS and data were off when we went there and im shocked why you ask how was KFC all of the sudden? Howwwwwwww

What you expect from a KFC. On the plus side this particular location was very clean and the staff well trained and helpful.

Vehicular traffic around this area is now very heavy. Parking is now very limited during mornings. All staffs used to be friendly and attentive but not this morning.

This branch has terrible restrooms. I would recommend using the restrooms from shopwise rather than what they have here.Place is also not properly cooled during summer or day time. The staff is friendly but they seem to be disenterested with what they are doing.Seating is ok and the gravy station can be found easily and located in a place that will not get crowded.

Food was served hot.

Usual KFC menu; with a choice of dine-in or drive-thru, good stop-over fir travellers along Aguinaldo Hi-way.

Hot shot is the best

Their Open 24/7 is not a fraud; just dont expect that they have funshots, fries, twisters, and zingers available from 5.am-9.am even though its shown in the counters menu board.

Staffs and crews are pleasant...

Service crews are seem so tired/bored, they dont smile to customers, parang napipilitan lang mag serve, and the comfort room are dirty, toilet flush not working, dry ambiance

Very slow service, they often have no softdrinks and yet they are forcing you to upgrade and pay for their iced tea drink. Same scripted response received from them.

Food served OK. Parking is tight so rather park in Shopwise and just walk back. No ambient music and not enough light coming in creates a gloomy mood. Toilet stinks and wash fixtures broken.
