Very poor service.sa lahat jolibe eto ata pinaka worst.24 hours sila pero Ang pending good lahat Ng customer meron.poor man power pooling.. we waited Sabi 17 kina sa chicken and almost 45 min nakuha.mas worst pa andun na Yun order walang nag advice andun na.sobra pangetManager poor management..

Poor quality. The scrambled egg was too oily and looks it was done by someone who does not know what a scrambled egg should look like. The cartons of the peach mango pie looks they were old stock left somewhere, lots of scratches. Had i known that theres a survey, i should have taken pictures. This was in gahak.

Waited for an hour for the 6 pcs peach mango pie to be served but did not arrived! Even after we finished our meal they still asked us to wait even longer! How is that for customer service?!?!?!?!

Must try their Burger Steak its delicious one of my favorite also their Yum Burger. They need to smile more to create a joyful atmosphere.

Worst service ever. First I order one amazing aloha and one champ When I prepare to pay I see she put one champ and a yumburger I tell her its the wrong order. Then she correct well so I thought I prepare to pay again and I see she didnt put the aloha on this time. Well third time she did it right. Then they gave me a number because it takes time to cook a burger in a fast food restaurant apparently. So after 10 minutes my wife get her order (aloha) after about 20 minutes I still havent got my order (maybe you need kill the cow first?) So we ask for our order and got told after 10 minutes it should be ready, so we wait additional 10 minutes and ask one more time. This time we got told its still cooking. After that my wife already finished her food so we left without my order. So apparently it takes above 30 minutes to cook ONE burger at jollibee. I suggest jollibee remove all burgers from the menu and focus on chicken and rice because for some reason it almost impossible to get it served there. I love eating at jollibee but im never EVER eating in this restaurant again.

Inattentive crew. Ordered Breakfast tapa with PJ Reg no Ice and scrambled eggs. They gave me Large PJ which is 27 pesos more and with ice. Eggs are sunnyside up. I didnt complain bcoz I dont want them to spit on my food.
