The place looks nice and well-maintained, no question on that. My concern is with regard their restrictions. By the way I am a wedding videographer from manila. One time we covered a wedding preps in this place and the staff wont allow shooting of the wedding gown in the hotel premises showing the hotels facade, gusto kasi namin ma establish sa photos/videos yung lugar. Kaso bawal daw, magbayad daw muna. Ayaw ba nila yun napopromote yung hotel nila for free? And the hotel staff (manager yata) asked us to transfer sa lounge nila sa taas kasi bawal daw kaming photographers and videographers mag stay sa lobby nila. So dun kami sa lounge nila sa 2nd floor na madilim at mainit, hindi man lang binuksan ang ilaw. At di sapat yung nag iisa nilang electric fan. Maganda ho yung lugar ninyo, magaling yung architect at interior designer, but your service (lalo na sa guests like us) is quite disappointing.

I love the ambiance of the quiet, cool garden area around the meeting area and relaxation tables. The hotel is clean, quiet, and safe. The full-size beds are a little small in the family rooms. They should be upgraded into queens to fit the rest of the experience.

Nice event place but parking space is limited

Its better to stay at serenata or else where....

Cant say enough about how much we liked our room. These people seemed genuinely happy to do things for us. The staff never failed to greet and smile to each of their guests. The waterfalls is relaxing and there are a lot of secluded and private areas to hold a short meeting.

My wife and I recently stayed here on a 10 day trip. We had a nice stay here. Employees are very kind and approachable. Staff is there to help you to enjoy as much as possible during your stay. A team of professional staff are ready to offer their expertise.

We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. Prices in the area are very low by western standards. Public transportation in the immediate area. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. WiFi and AC was functioning perfect. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and always smiling.

깔끔하고 분위기는 좋다 하지만 외진곳에있고돈값못한다 너무 비싸다이무스에선 선택지가 여기뿐이 없어서 갔지만와이파이 않좋고 세면도구 같은것도 없고다른 대안이 있다면 다른곳 추천

It’s just a place to sleep in. No food after 5 pm and before 9:00. No ice cream that they advertised. Staff are friendly, the room is okay, no hot shower, other than that overall is disappointing.

Place looks nice but receptionist at that time is new.she doesnt have much idea on how to assist us on making payment via credit card. Room is big and spacious but smells so old and dusty.

Hidden events place. Its very cozy and clean.

When i get to the hotel after traveling for Two day i was so tired .The hotel told me they dont accept hotel ,com booking .I had to pay again after i paid on hotel .com site .Please Refund my payment ?ThanksFreddy
