This place is terrible. The nurses in the emergency center and the nurses you’re assigned once your child is admitted are never consistent. You either get a great nurse that’s experienced and attentive to your child’s needs or a nurse that just bought their degree off Amazon. The travel nurses are even worse and will say they don’t know anything about the floor they’re working on instead of finding out the answer. Take your child to another hospital if you really want to be taken care of.

Llegamos a las 9:10 de la noche ya había llenado los pales y desde esa hora nos toco esperar a las 10:35 pregunté que era lo que pasaba Prq tanta demora la muchacha de la recepción me dijo q no tenían cuartos q había a esperar q les dieran de alta a los q tenía adentro para poder atender entiendo entonces q no tienen muchos cuartos para atender aquí imagino no se q tamaño tenga este lugar ni la cantidad de personal que atienden a los niños pero estoy segura de que no son suficientes o los médicos o los cuartos no se conclusión me pasaron al cuarto a las 11:52 de la noche es una falta de respeto muy grande luego llego la doctora a las 12:05 muy amable y tratando de que pudiéramos estar a gusto y atiendio a La Niña muy bien pero la espera de todo era demasiado lo siento

Lo peor de lo peor no traigan a sus niños aquí llegue a las 7 de la noche y a los dos de la mañana me dijeron q aún tenía q seguir esperando 12 horas mas para q el doctor lo chequiara y q no tenían cuartos vacíos , no les importa nada según que El Niño no podía comer nada solo liquido hasta q el doctor viera sus resultados imagínense quien aguanta un niño tanto tiempo sin comer , es un abuso ese hospital lo peor

Its fantastic I was told to wait for 5hrs. After that they added up 6hrs and when they told me 8hrs I gave up. My baby had fever at 104.5F but they gave us a shot by mouth (actually they gave to me and I had to give baby myself) and thats all. I asked one staff and she said it were 14 people ahead of me in the line. 1.5hrs after I asked again with the other staff and she said it were 13 people. Its ridiculous.

I will not bring my kids again here at the west campus. We been here since 1 something in the afternoon. We been in the waiting room for almost 10 hours and still waiting for they to exam my child
