My son has to be seen quarterly for ultrasounds and visits with the oncology doctor. Every staff member from receptionist to billing to radiology tech to nurse and doctor are all kind, compassionate, patient and eager to help. In 3 years, never had a bad experience. Of course, I wish the cost of Healthcare wasnt so high, but thats an issue bigger than them. They make a stressful experience as comfortable as possible and I always feel well informed of where were at and whats the plan for my sons treatment.

Dr. De Guzman and her staff are incredible. Great experience as a first timer. Not only has she taken great care of my daughters health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment.It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.Appreciate Dr. De Guzman taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options.Was referred over by another great doctor and can see why. She is an asset for TCHC. Highly recommended.

Very fast didn’t have to wait to be seen. Would recommend. I went to the emergency room.My only issue was one of the attending seemed bother about vaccination made a face about my personal preference but that’s about it.Would recommend Dr. Martínez very nice and asks you a lot of question that made me feel very secure.

My daughter has a ruptured cysts and we were told to bring her to Texas children’s hospital. I tried to make an appt with their adolescent gynecologist but their first appt isn’t til NOVEMBER! We have already been to a regular gynecologist but the doctor said she couldn’t do much for her and we needed someone familiar with younger patients, as the type of cyst she has is large and could twist and cut of circulation to her ovary. So next best thing was to take her to the ER since she is now in more pain. We waited yesterday from 5:30p til 3am and still had not been seen. Before we left, we were told there were still 6 ahead of us and they would expect at least an hour for each child. That’s insane. We could not wait another 6 plus hours after being there almost 10 hours. The child with a broken arm still hadn’t been seen by the time we left. They need more staff on duty for this location.

It was a very clean,peaceful and respectful environment all the doctors and nurses took very good care of my daughters needs i would recommend this place %

Mom works there and been working for the hospital 40 plus years and so had my grandmother before she passed away. GREAT PLACE!!!

You may have to wait a while but I have always had the best experience with my children
