Their food is no doubt amazing and yummy! You really will enjoy their food! Its just that the price was too high and we werent quite satisfied with their AC, we requested for it to be turned on but they said it was already turned on but it was still warm. The staffs were kind.

The food tonight was great! Special mention to the Fridays Chicken and Shrimp.Service on the other hand was awful. No smiles by the waitresses when assisting us, after taking our orders we spent around 10 minutes waiting for our drinks or water to be served, nada. We had to ask for the drinks to be served because the waitress had forgotten about us (we could see her reaction when the waiter asked about our order). Our refillable drinks were never asked to be refilled and the restaurant wasnt even full or busy. Seen more affordable restaurants being much more welcoming and attentive to their customers than TGIF. Honestly, really disappointing for the first visit and what seems to have been oir last visit.The manager did come by and asked if the food and service were okay, to which I answered The FOOD is great..., She sadly did not take the hint, which seems to mean she wasnt really listening for an answer. Really sad.Perhaps the one thing we really liked was the guards attentiveness and interaction to a toddler in the next table.Not coming back, except if to do another review.

This was a lunch meal. I started out asking the server if it was possible to add a la carte item to my set meal. The server told me that is was not possible because they did not have a method to ring it in the computer. I asked her not to make that decision but please consult the kitchen. It was just a sausage that I was requesting. She went to the kitchen and returned with the same answer. I asked to speak to a Manager. They promptly brought out the Manager Cleo. I again explained my request to her. I also informed her that I review for Google and Trip Advisor, at that point she said she would speak to the kitchen and see what she could do.While waiting for the Manager to return with the decision, I sent my lunch back because the rice and vegetables were served cold. The manager returned with my microwaved warmed lunch and informed me that the kitchen could cook the sausage for me at a rate of 279 pesos per link. I agreed to this and when the sausage arrived it was excellent and I no longer felt that I needed to take out a small loan to afford it.The manager Cleo was very accommodating. The basic lunch menu was less than Stellar.I did give advice to management, please let management make decisions like that.

I have been wanting to eat at TGI Friday’s and I was so glad it did not disappoint, food-wise. Prices are quite pricey but there servings are big. Food also tastes great. Service was just quite slow. We were told that the food will be served after 20-25 minutes but it arrived after almost an hour. I really hope it was just because they were at maximum capacity that time. Any ways they should have updated customers that serving is inadvertently extended because of the number of customers.

Four stars because I am supposed to be done at closing time not that early at 8:30 for my 4glasses of bottomless mojitos,but I asked the crew for another refill not my billWell as usual,as expected tgi Fridays served the best ribs in AsiaI love it,the problem is I cannot help myself to eat more over all satisfied for the food and drinks.They offer discounts in some particular hours and days..And bartender performed too thats another thing hehe...we had fun!

Ordered via Food Panda. Ceasar Salad with shrimp and 1/2 pound of chipotle wings. Got two containers of greens with some sprinkle of parmesan and croutons only, 2 cup containers with 2 pcs of shrimp (sorry not included in the picture) and the salad dressing. And the chipotle wings, 4 dry pieces of fried chicken with potato chips. Nothing special about the servings. Very diasppointed. Will never dine or order from there again.

I am visiting from New York. I expected the food to have the same quality. We all ordered the Filipino liempo with white rice. The dish was mostly fat with pork here and there. The appetizer we ordered ended up being the highlight of the night. The staff was friendly and after hearing our complaints they offered us a discount on our bill.

Its all good: the food and the service. I ordered salmon with mashed potato but, without my knowledge, they served me rice since they ran our of mashed potato. They apologized and offered to gove me fries, instead. Value for money.

Fridays was very good. It reminded me of the Fridays I visited in my hometown, Dallas, Texas

The food is really good. They have their best salad and pasta with an expensive price.

Whilst the food was equally great compared to some, the service is a little bit askew. Mainly because you are required to pay a service fee, which I did not quite get it, and it is on top of your bill. The pricing is really for people who could afford stuff, so I dont recommend it on a regular-day for average Filipinoes. You will not get disappointed with the place or the service and the food, but you will be disappointed on how they charge. Meanwhile, I daresay, maybe because it is in a high-end mall, so why do I complain? Still, it is not really a place worth going to for a food craving. Sorry.

We were the first customers today. Our first restaurant outing with the twins. Wish we’d gone elsewhere. The crispy smoked fish and veggies laid in a shallow bed of grease. Wife’s pork chop swam in a puddle also. Our little girl threw up her chicken fingers and fries. But, ok. It’s not upscale dining. What I did not expect was the cockroach that crawled along the back of our son’s seat. Nor did I expect the manager to defend the restaurant’s cleanliness and pest control. There was a dead, roach on the floor lady, killed by your customer and taken away by your staff. Who was very kind by the way. Perhaps it’s location. I’ve ran from roaches at Abreeza before

Tonight me and my cousin, went to tgi fridays abreeza. Ordered buffalo wings for starter, and for my main course medium rare rib eye. I told the server, to serve the starter first. But, came out at the same time. Steak was medium well to well done. i return it back, and they give me a new steak, but still the same. Paid P2,78*. **, for a lousy rib eye. In the end our night out sucked.

Not only was the food cold, but the service was really slow even though there were plenty of staff present. We were often unnoticed when we called for them (we even often had to wave our hands violently) and we got the food too late.Overall, my night at TGI FRIDAYS was really unsatisfactory. DO NOT EAT HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT EAT HERE! Plus mahal kaayo.

Its basically just like a TGI Fridays in the US. The food is pretty good but not great.One of the best places Ive found in Davao to get an authentic gourmet American style burger though.The prices are about the same as theyd be in the US. But thats pretty pricey for here.

Colonial mentality prevails shamefully!I’m a balikbayan married to a brown skinned foreigner. We ordered double chocolate milkshake and when we asked for straws, we were told that we cannot have straws as the restaurant is on “no plastic”. It was ok with us until a family of “white-skinned foreigner” ordered drinks and were provided with plastic straws immediately. What a shame, Pinay pa naman ako!

Absolutely disappointing! First of all, they do not have adequate staff. Initially someone came after 10 mins to say that he was the server but actually multiple people served multiple items and he served only the first item. This is a fine dining but there was nothing fine about it. It took 20 mins to have our two drinks arrive. And the main dishes came sporadically in 10 mins intervals.. Two of us never had our main meals served together. I understand that this is the Philippines but if they charge the same price and actually more than USA, they better provide similar service to USA branches. After all, labor is cheaper in the Philippines. I was fed up after 1 hour 30 mins into dining and wanted to have my bill and they never remembered to bring the dessert for my friend. I called them and asked about the dessert and the guy, that said that he was the server cam and asked if she wanted the dessert now... Duh.. When then? We finished eating 20 mins back.. another 20 mins wait just for the dessert.. What was worse than everything is that they automatically the service charge when there was no service!!!

TGl Friday is an American Style restaurant with good wholesome American style food in ample portions served to you in an authentic American roadhouse style setting.I cannot fault this place in terms of food and service but I find it a little expensive compared to other places in Davao. However what you are doing is buying into the American dream just as you do at Starbucks...You are not going to be disappointed dining here though...

Davao Abeeza mall had bad service

Me and my family visited a week ago and we ordered that pork liempo which my partner from New York was very disappointed because its all fat and I wasnt able to sip well the fruit juice because the slices of the fruit in it doesnt fit the straw.

Yummy food as usual. Pricey as usual.

Hamburgers are superb!!!

The service is poor and the ribs is so dry!
