Function hall is not that good nung time namin na nag seminar. Sobrang init parang walang aircon, sa food palaging huli ang serving nila. Parati pang nauubusan at ang tagal maka refill kaya matyaga ka talagang mag aantay. Pasmo ang labas nimo dzae! Sa room lang sulit kasi malamig, may tv, walang bathtub lng. Yun lang.

3일동안 15만원 정도에 머물렸다....방에서 와이파이가 잘 안되고, 식사는 아침 일찍가야 먹을만했고, 방음은 잘 안되고, 시설은 오래되었다.. 장점은 나름 중심가라 돌아다니기 편했고, 직원들은 친절했다. 호텔 내부로 두리안을 가져갈수 없으나 나머지 과일은 상관없는듯..

Clean comfortable and affordable, breakfast buffet has been upgraded from my previous trips and is very central to downtown situated next to peoples park. Staff very helpful and professional. Wifi in rooms is very slow though, nice pool area.

One of the oldest hotels in Davao but still delivers. Had to upgrade some facilities to keep up. Had a nice celebration of my niece’s debut at the top of the apo.

This property is just old...doesnt seem to have made any renovations at all to modern standards. Staff was extremely polite and helpful which is plus, customer service makes up for lack of facilities.

Great food and ambiance for events. Had an unforgetable experience in their Thai Chicken dish. They served me a big slice of ginger.

We stayed here last year and again last week and well probably stay there again in future. The rooms are comfortable, but could be cleaner. The bathrooms are functional, but are due for a refresh. One feature we really enjoy is the breakfast. Rudy is TOP NOTCH with customer service. I think hes dining manager.

Very good service. The buffet is perfect and clean as well as delicious with a wide variety of foods to choose from.

The location is good, but the property is old and runned down and is in need of a serious makeover. The service workers were always pleasant and attentive and felt the staff deserved a higher rating. However, the services are also tired and not up to expectations of western standards. Breakfast items were not replenished often, Room service was very slow and food arrived cold. No iron in the building, over priced laundry, no currency exchange, ran out of toilet paper in 1/2 a day, no hairdryer in the room had to call twice over 40 minutes to get one, etc. We wanted a step up downtown, but didn’t want toPay up for Marco Polo. Stayed at The Pinnacle in the past and found it to be a better value for the overall experience.

This site hotels.com should be more specific. How can u accept 3 adults for 1 room 1 queen bed and 3adults will sleep in a queen bed. How can u accept 3adults for 1 room 2 twin beds and squeeze 3rd adult in one of that single sized bed. Soo tricky!!! When i reach the hotel theyr saying the extra bed will be charge if i want a proper bed for the 3rd person. Poor receptionists, trying hard to explain theyr side which infact this site is the one giving customers a trick deals! Why cant u put...3 adults for 1room 1queensize bed(or twin beds) plus additional charge for extra bed. Imagine the staffs are saying..”its only 1queensized bed(twin bed) in 1 room but the breakfast are for 3!”. You hotels.com, dont u think we booked hotel for sleeping! NOT FOR BREAKFAST!!! im not complaining for the apoview hotel nor the hotel staffs. just this kind of booking from ur site is very deceiving!

The hotel was under renovation while we were there. It shined as a high end hotel in its day, and will shine again when the renovations are done. Good location, friendly staff. We booked a family roomand it was good sized.

Poorly kept hotel. Had passed by these plates and beer bottles for 2 days. Its probably still there.Elevator was a mess and really stinks.Floor layout was confusing.Parking was really hard to get.Breakfast was pretty bad, had crunchy scrambled eggs.

It was brilliant, we attended a banquet - memorable experience.

Located at the heart of Davao. Walking distance to Peoples Park. A kilometer away from Roxas Blvd. Perfect place to cave in when you want to explore Davao City. Staff are nice. The rooms are decent. Food is also great!

Its convenient for the parking and meeting up with friends. The breakfast buffet is varied and filling but keeps running out like the bacon and the hot chocolate-e! We patiently waited for the bacon. But real chocolate did not arrive. Waiter said the supplier of tablea did not deliver! One star less for this.

Would love to see better internet access. Hot water took a long time to get into our room.

Staff are nice and location is convinient and quite. Not enough equipment i.e iron, cork remover, ice bucket, and room service not good.

La Parilla was a BIG disappointment!!! The food was extremely bad! It was an embarrassment specially that i had guests for dinner. That it was super-expensive did not help either! I am willing to pay the price IF only the quality of the food was worth it. Also, housekeeping was not keen on cleaning our room and replenishing its content. I also had to ask for furnitures (chairs and tables) coz the room had none.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The food was great. Total relaxation!!

This place is best for conferences for important governmental and private institutions and/aggrupations oncerns. The warm and cozy ambiance of existing facilities makes the customers feel at home with contentment.

Apo View has seen much much better days. The rooms and furnishings are old and in poor condition. I needed to transfer room twice over a stay of 4 days because of problem with the rooms. Maintenance is poor. The breakfast buffet did not have any significant change over those 4 days.

Our stay at apo view was amazing..the services was good and the food was sumptuous.I just like to let the management improve some rooms especially the old rooms to renovate them like the cr to install a bedet.But my overall rating for this hotel is commendable.

This place was fantastic! One of my best stays in the Philippines so far. The hotel although older 1980s style. Is kept in great condition and attention to detail to make your comfortable is looked after. The breakfast buffet is delicious. My room had a view overlooking peoples park which was very nice. The hotel is located right next to peoples park. Its within 5 minutes walk of restaurants and food options. 7 11 and gaisano mall just near by. I didnt gamble at the casino however I was impressed with careful and high security standards. I felt very safe here.

清潔面の管理については、日本の方にはちょっと評価を頂けないかもしれません。ただ、接客も良くカジノも１階にあるので非常に重宝しております。プールもありますが、屋外プールですのでそれなりの水質です。

The place is elegant and luxurious. She we encounter a slight problem with the guard duty that day about the parking area. Over all Well not bad.

From the airport, the hotel is a distant away. I paid Grab taxi for 170 pesos. The hotel is clean although under renovation on some parts at the time of visit. The room is comfortable and spacious like other standard hotels. The hotel is quite old but maintained. However, I noticed there is no hot water from the shower. The lavatory faucet is loose and the sinks water stop can not be adjusted nor controlled. All in all, the condition is generally acceptable.

Very courteous staff, good rooms and amenities, though pool was under maintenance. Need more recreational activities. Overall a very satisfied guest of this hotel.

The hotel and its food is great but the receptionists are not very effective.. slow process of transactions.. you have to wait too long before you can check in to your room..

Apo View Hotel is undergoing a massive improvements in their facilities and services with its new management.

Hotel is too old now and needs reconstruction. Connecting door to other room makes it very loud. Hotwater takes ages to come. They destroyed the Blue Room Bar. So called retro design, looks like concrete construction not finished. No more live music, no more female bartenders... so nothing nice to look at and of course nobody goes there anymore...But very friendly staff all over the place.Only reason to stay there is the location in the middle of the city.

We stayed in room 919. The WiFi was not very consistent and would cut out a lot. A gym or fitness room is needed!!

Ate lunch buffet here. Renovated resto. Ambiance is relaxing but elegant. Food is good. Not that much choices but delicious.

Had an overninght stay in this nice hotel which is in the middle of town juts beside the Peoples Park. Location is excellent centrally located close to government offices, malls and restuarants. Breakfast is very good. Its worth every centavo. Building internal architectural design are attractive and well painted with compatible color.

All the staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Close to Peoples Park. Excellent value for what we got. We thought the room decor was nice. We had to transfer to a 2nd room but the aircon was not working properly but it was fix in the morning.

The check-in time is at 2pm....not one second earlier regardless of how long your flight is or what the need is. I contacted hotel thru travelocity to request transportation to hotel from airport.....still waiting for a response!! Overall, the hotel is nice enough. The elevators smelled like durian(the nasty smelling spiked fruit). The room was terrific!! Bed was very comfortable. AC worked great!! Hot water never really was hot, lukewarm was as good as it gets. The restaurant across the street, Primo, that was awesome!! The breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel staff were very friendly just as long as you dont try to check in early

Davaos climate is really hot on summer. Breakfast is served buffet style and had a lot of choices: Filipino, American and Continental food items. My favorite is their rice porridge with different toppings. The employees are polite and friendly. The hotel is really close to the airport. The location of the hotel is convenient.

Room had broken shower handle such that I could not turn it left for hot water.Toilet did not flush properly.Checked out but forgot my shorts in the room. Room service was just outside my room as I was checking out. They should have found my shorts during cleaning. But management still hasnt contacted me that they founda an item in my room. Im too far away now to even bother getting it.

Room interior was outdated showing small damage here and there. We also had a non-functioning button. The staff were really helpful during our event though which is a plus.
