I cannot stress enough how accommodating everyone was during our short stay here. From before we checked in up to the time we checked out, all the staff helped us stay and feel safe since its pandemic season and made our agenda feel like a breeze. I had to book a cargo pick up for a lot of stuff and they allowed us to have it picked up at the hotel, one of the staff members supervised everything and even helped load the boxes and crates!Aside from these, the breakfast choices are A+++! I chose Japanese cuisine everyday and looked forward to having it delivered to our room. The hotel and room are kept pristine and staff are all very commendable. Due to the pandemic, laundry service is not available at the hotel but since we needed to get our clothes cleaned, they delivered and picked up our clothes at a nearby laundry shop for us. Seriously, they are the best!I am so grateful that I ended up staying at Microtel Davao. Definitely going to stay here in all my future trips to Davao and cant recommend them enough to everyone! What I love about the hotel:*the location- when you step outside the hotel there are lots of food choices and it is just near SM Lanang and the airport*the room- veeeery spacious. Twin room has 2 QUEEN BEDS*building- due to the recent earthquakes, we find the building safe since it’s just 2 floors. *free breakfast

They have fast wifi, spacious rooms, big comfy beds with lots of pillows, hair dryer, bay window seats. They dont have complimentary water, coffee or tea though. Located just in front of McDonalds and a lot of commercial restaurants and shops. Upon entering the guard checked our bags for durian, marang and other strong smelling fruits.

This is a cozy place were one can enjoy quite living while having the advantage of having different shops near you. The price is reasonable plus you get to have breakfast for 2 for every room you get. You get a refrigator, 2 queen size bed and a huge bathroom for their standard room. You can book online via agoda or do walk ins. I would recommend booking your room online. Breakfast food has around 5 viands or have cerials or choice of bread with jams. There is juice and ice tea or youcan have coffee. Around the area there are restaurants to choose from. There is also a market near by handles by NCCC. SM lanang is also a walking distance from the place. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating.

Good hotel near Damosa area. Breakfast included in the price. Every room has 2 beds. Close to SM Lanang mall.

My grandfather and I were actually looking for a hotel nearby SM Lanang, a good place to stay that my cousins and I can also stroll the street at night time, and a hotel that is new to us. Then it was a lucky pick for us, because in one night we never thought that we could meet and greet Jr, whos also a Filipino Star. Overall, it was a very good experience to us! The location of the hotel is very good because its near in Sm premier and abreeza mall. The lobby seemed so busy and the hotel was situated in a place where there was so much going onbars, restaurants etc which was good considering I enjoyed going out at night. The parking lot behind the ICE GIANT has FREE live bands. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good business hotel located in the Damosa area of Davao City. The location is helpful. The security wards were always diligent to call taxis and help with the luggage. The staff is fine. The rooms were clean with the basics a traveller would need. The room itself was good.

It is pretty much the same room layout and amenities across all the Microtels Ive stayed. The beds , at least from 2 occasions, are firm and pillows not hard on the neck. Their housekeeping is a tad slow though. Despite being adjacent a main road, the outside noise is gently muffled. One big bonus is its location uptown Davao, in the Damosa area. Its just a couple minutes walk from the rows of the Damosa restobars. So its just convenient for some drinks and a bit of chill time before calling it a night.

Spend a night at Microtel INN & Suites Davao at there very cute Suite Room that they have. The staffs are nice and were so comfortable in this hotel. I was initially very pleased with their rates. The location was relatively quiet and not so busy so no major disturbance whatsoever during the night.

Upon reaching the hotel, everyone was so attentive: from the security guards to the Front Desk staff. The floor is provided with a towel rag and shower area with a plastic mat. McDonalds is right across the hotel and Robinsons Department store is a short drive away. Great value for money. Happy experience over-all.

Excellent location for city business or shopping and very close to Davao International Airport. The property is located in a business district and there are a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area including a 24 hour Mcdonalds across the street. During our stay, the service was impeccable. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my choice of hotel.

Worst Microtel in the Philippines. Rooms are noisy from outside traffic. Room 101 can even be seen by pedestrians as window is very near the road. Breakfast is unbelievable. Rice is COLD obviously cooked the night before. And the dining area is just the same size as your room!

15 min from airport. it is near SM Lnang also near Swiss .. . deli restaurant great place to eat and drink quiet area spacious room but breakfast is terrible actually. The city is conservative and there are few things to do I really wanted to go Samal Island and beaches but due to fear of kidnapping couldnt The city itself is very safe

It was great location the handicap was that there was a strip mall with a number of bars right beside the hotel and music was blaring till 2pm. Could not get a good night sleep due to the blasting music.Second, the beds should be replace, one could feel the sinking feeling due to the old bed spring

Drinking water from the hallway tastes old. breakfast area is small ang very drab looking. breakfast food is uninteresting.

Best place to stay when you have official business trip

Strong wifi connection, they always clean the room, nice Bathroom, good aircon, staff are accommodating and its a good place.

Room Lights are dim and breakfast need to improve quality of food

The bed here is very good giving you a lot of comfort during sleep. But wifi is very poor, Breakfast is bad, No water complements and the front desk attendant was not accomodating.

Hotel is good for business travels. I stayed there because it was near the venue of the PICPA Convention - SMX Convention Center. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Worst week in Davao staying at this hotel. Brown out and the hotel generator didnt work. Wifi didnt work 75% of the time. Ants everywhere bathroom bedroom bed. Dirty sheets. House keeping didnt come unless you told the front desk you needed house keeping. Breakfast was terrible and they never keep the food stocked. For being a Wyndham hotel very very disappointed. And I had to leave early since no power and I had to pay another $50 to the other hotel.

There is a room (where they placed me) that is just about 2 feet from the road so you cant pull the curtains or you will be in total public view!

Not really to my expectation. Far too expensive for that kind of hotel. I will for sure not come again. Next time i choose a different hotel. i am really disappointed. Even air condition is hard to operate. Toilets not flushing properly, even blocked with little paper. Breakfast is substandard. Little choice. Toaster not operating. Staff not paying attention. In fact feeling like a 2star location. i dont like, but can not change due to prepayment. not once again.....
